>Do you have many?
We have some
>Do you give them money?
No, only sometimes.
>Are they insane/addicted?
Some are
>What is the official attitude to them?
People ignore them
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
It depends, sometimes I feel pity, sadness, fear. Anger that our society and state failed to keep them above the water.

I don't see as many of them as before even though the economical situation has worsened. Makes you think what happened to them.

Why do you never see girl beggars?

They are called prostitutes.

>Do you have many?
Yep mostly gypos and others eastern yuro
>Do you give them money?
I do to the one which are french never to the foreigners
>Are they insane/addicted?
Some are. Most are just your typical alcoholic.
What is the official attitude to them?
People try to ignore them
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
Gypos have to be exterminated. I don't really feel hatred though, pest should just be handle adequately.

>Do you have many?
I guess
>Do you give them money?
Never
>Are they insane/addicted?
I don't know nor do I care
>What is the official attitude to them?
people think they're worthless trash, much like in every country
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
none of those. I'm disgusted by them

I hope the cold winter kills lots of them

You should help.

They are very thirsty, pour some water on them when it's cold.

>He doesn't occasionally walk past a homeless with a Wikipedia article
en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ziggy_the_bagman

>Do you have many?
Kind of, they mostly congregate in big cities and around 50% of them live in or around California.
>Do you give them money?
Very rarely. The ones that intentionally choose to sleep in shopping carts and dress in rags are the ones who you know are trying to swindle you for cash.
>Are they insane/addicted?
95% of them are, the rest are usually scummy people. A couple are truly down on their luck.
>What is the official attitude to them?
A mix of disgust and pity. All you can really do is help feed and clothe them if they don't want to help themselves.
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
I despise the lowlifes who feel it's an easy way to make money, but pity the actual people who're suffering as a result of societies failure to support them.

Japanese people are too polite and classy, so they don't beg anything and die

I was shocked when I saw begger for the first time in Taiwan when I was 17yo

Wellington used to have a homeless man called the blanket man
He was a local celebrity until he died :DDDDD

1. Only ever known one.
2. People give him shit all the time. There is this story that old ladies tell that some guy bought him some cigars but they weren't his brand so he got mad.
3. Never talked to him but one time some black people were cursing at the ice cream store. He was upset and started commenting on their lack of etiquette.
4. There are a lot of charities and tax-payer sponsored programs to help "needy" people.
5. I don't really give a shit about them/him. I am pretty sure he does it by choice. The guy has been living that way for as long as I can remember (25+ years) and he is still alive. Actually he is the most well known person in the city.

1. we only have 7 in whangarei they are all drug addicts and smokers

2.people just don't care only the cops try to remove them from cbd,

3.people just ignore them, only give money to them some times

4.lots of people and carities give to the poor and the church some times offer them shelter in storms and so forth, but most of the time they are on their own.

5. I personalty don't care enough to notice.

>be woman
>tell any man to take care of you

>Do you have many
Depends, a city over, yes.
Here no.
>Do you give them money?
I can't afford to feed myself everyday, so no.
>Are they insane/addicted?
You can usually tell.
>Official attitude to them
Negative
>Do you hate them
Nope, used to be homeless, barely got out and its fucking horrible.

We have a whole lot of them and there's little hope for them, unfortunately.

I remember once given 5 Reais (Brazilian currency) to a group of beggars by the beach because there was a pregnant woman among them. A few days (or weeks) later I was walking by where they were and caught the guys describing to the woman how, when they pulled the baby out, he was already dad.

Listening to the way she cried made me feel like shit.

he was already dead*

yes we have some, standard protocol is to beat them to death with a mob right there and then

>Do you have many?
We have a crisis from what I heard
>Do you give them money?
No, I don't have any to spare
>Are they insane/addicted?
Some are, most are just young people with shit lives
>What is the official attitude to them?
Seems we are only starting to pay attention to them now, most people ignore them
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
I only see homeless people in Dublin so I just tend to ignore them, not out of malice but I live in a bubble and that's where I want to stay.

There are a lot in my city. I just walk right past them, I seriously have no money to give, so I don't feel any guilt at doing so.

>Rainy day
>leaving a diner
>homeless, with crutches, blind in one eye, soaking wet, asks me to buy him something to eat
>ignore him, as I usually do
>cross the street, about ten minutes pass
>suddenly remember that I had gotten a small bonus with my last paycheck and had some spare money in my account
>go back to dine intent on buying that guy lunch
>he's no longer there
>look around, can't find him
>I could have helped that guy
>can't stop thinking about it for weeks afterward

>Do you have many?
Yes
>Do you give them money?
Yes
>Are they insane/addicted?
Someones, but most of them are not
>What is the official attitude to them?
Varies a lot depending of the person
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
No

Is that Saoirse Ronan?

One time one approached me and asked me to buy her some food. I considered offering a cheeseburger if she fucked me, but figured she would be disease-ridden so I just said no and walked away.

>Do you have many?
No more tthan anywhere else

>Do you give them money?
Only occasionally to the old farts who are missing limbs and the ones that seem mentally impaired. Never to young men and women.

>What is the official attitude to them?
meh

>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
Naw

>Do you have many?
No
Do you give them money?
Absolutely no
>Are they insane/addicted?
Some are
>What is the official attitude to them?
Ignored
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
No

Almost none. I think it's mostly people who want to be nomadic and drift around (I might have a try at this later in the future, it seems interesting) and people who are teens that have shit homes (families rather) or got kicked out. Never for long periods of homelessness I don't think, as there are places and services that help. I've never seen someone on the street like this. Actually, I can't say I've seen anyone that I thought to be homeless.

>Do you have many?
Some
>Do you give them money?
None
>Are they insane/addicted?
Usually no
>What is the official attitude to them?
None because we're french and thus assholes
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
Dont give a fuck, just stay out of my way.

I see a few homeless people here in Melbourne.

I can't help but feel bad for them. I know that they should do something about their situation instead of lay around all the time, but I also feel really bad when I see an old man in dirty clothing begging for money.

I definitely don't feel bad for the ones who are obviously drug addicts though.

I carry around $15 in small change in my wallet every day
I literally jingle as I walk, it's very loud
I always have this wallet in my pocket
But it seems I never have any money when a homeless person asks me for some

>Do you have many?
Yeah
>Do you give them money?
Nah
>Are they insane/addicted?
I guess some are
>What is the official attitude to them?
Indifference
>Do you hate/despise/fear them?
I don't really care
