>ITT: post movies that everybody forgot existed until right now

Pic related. One of the most worthless remakes of all time.

I unironically paid money to see this in theaters with my girlfriend, whose popcorn I bought. I thought it was going to at least be entertaining. And yet here we are.

In a similar vein, another pointless remake that offered nothing of value.

I was still slightly entertained by it though.

Worst movie I've ever seen that had an actual theatrical release.

It would've been 10/10 if Kate and Jessica lezed out

I bet she left you after the movie.

Director's cut is objectively a better film than Arnolds

Fuck you.

yfw serrated katana

>huge phenomenon for a few months
>left absolutely no impact on pop culture besides starting the 3D gimmick
>4 sequels are in production RIGHT NOW at the SAME TIME

When did you last think about Avatar?

No, surprisingly. We've been together since then, though the movie came out around the start of our relationship. She was actually a pretty good sport and saw Dredd, and The Expendables 2-3 with me too. Unfortunately, I've got no choice but to break up with her soon.

>inb4 nice blog

kek, why'd they go full homo on the poster?

Okay, I'll bite: Why are you gonna end it?

Camp doesn't equate to quality

Couple of days ago. I'm trying to forget it but retards like you keep bringing it up here.

It does when Verhoeven makes it. The remake is milquetoast.

Space Mutiny with a multi million dollar budget.

Don't worry, when the sequels bomb everyone will permanently forget about it.

This is the ultimate example. No one saw this shit.

>I've got no choice but to break up with her soon.
Let me guess. She likes the remake better than the original?

Hey now, I haven't forgotten.

Lacey Chabert in that film is partially responsible for my sexual awakening when I was 12

Not a remake/reboot.

Forgot what the thread was, nevermind.

OP didn't specifically state "remakes/reboots only"

DUDE VAGINAS LMAO: The Movie

dumb and dumber to

i feel like they intentionally tried to make it as shitty as possible.

>alright, we've just given him a new sleeker and more streamlined look, he should be cool now
>no not edgy enough, make him all black with red eyes

...

...

I think it had Rihanna

The movie had the right design and actors.. just wrong script and director.

Only good thing about that film was the music. Harry is a God.

I unironically liked this flick

...

it's a watchable 2.5/4. people who acted like it was super terrible were trying a bit too hard. the first half was fine, even good at parts. and even though the title was silly the premise of a past era making contact with aliens isn't inherently ridiculous. a lot of criticisms were just "took itself seriously" but the movie's best parts are when it is being somewhat grounded. the final action sequence descends into total schlock and it sucks.

I unironically prefer it to the original. I loved the futuristic decors/atmosphere.

No, but quality equals quality

>mfw i've seen most of these movies
>mfw i've unironically enjoyed most of them
