Just watched "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." anyone else appreciate the noir style narratives?

Just watched "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." anyone else appreciate the noir style narratives?

I really liked this movie. I'm a millennial, so I really appreciated the uniqueness of this one.

>noir style narratives
Not entirely sure what you mean by that but yeah the movie was pretty dope.

More of a James Bond movie than Spectre imo

I wanted to smack Henry Cavil's smug fucking face throughout the entire movie, I couldn't concentrate. Alicia Vikander was qt though

>so I really appreciated the uniqueness of this one.
Watch literally any other Guy Ritchie movie.

It was kinda fun. I agree that Cavill was kinda too smug like said but it made it more satisfying when he got beat up. Still wasn't bad though. Favorite part had to be Gaby's drunken dance and sexfight. Wish it got a sequel.

I watched it last week

It was classy kino

loved it

I was born in 1998, and found this to be a better Bond movie than any of the Bond movies.

gotta agree with this, Guy ritchie is a really fun director.

Everyone on Sup Forums is a millennial except undersge

Great movie.
I liked Kuryakin better than that decadent imperialist, but what really made the movie for me is that they omitted the traditional big storming the castle action sequence and opte for one of the best montages in action movie history. Soundtrack was great, too.

>Guy Richie will never get to replace hack snyder

>we'll never have turbo smug Superman and true capekino

Ok, I'll diverge from the consensus. This movie had shit pacing and a fuckawful climax. Otherwise it was pretty stylish and fun. Overall, it sucked, and I'll never watch it again.

>not The Man from A.U.N.T.
Why do you still support this patriarchal bullshit Sup Forums? Don't you want to get laid?

I want cavill to fuck my asshole instead

Women a shit

Spat out my fucking wine, mate.

'93 here and I completely agree

>Favorite part had to be Gaby's drunken dance and sexfight.
Good taste family

Downloaded this and got a DMCA notice

I thought he did a better job of acting like superman in this movie then he did in the superman movies.

>I'm a millennial

So you were born early 1980s to around 2000? Like 99% of the people in this shithole?

Even underaged are millennial if they were born after 1998 and before 2000.

>Brit plays an American
>American plays a Russian

Why is this allowed?

It was ruined by Cavill and Hamshit's terrible acting. Both of them need to go take a class. Absolutely disgusting.

The pacing was subpar, I thought there'd be more 60's car porn, they had a 250 GTO on one of the posters that was in the movie for all of five seconds. The sandwich and electric chair scenes were solid 10/10's, wish the whole movie were that consistently good.

What does U.N.C.L.E. stand for?

Who ever said it was a better Bond movie, I'm not big on Bond, but I definitely enjoyed it more than the recent ones, I haven't seen Spectre yet, but I saw Skyfall and wasn't blown away.

U NEVER CUCK LIONS or ELEPHANTS

>tfw no slightly intoxicated rapey vikander gf

just forced disappear my shit up already tbqh familia

It was way better than Spectre and even MI5

His accent was unbearably dreadful and it's not a great movie to begin with. Unwatchable tier.

10/10

Yup. UNCLE > MI5 > Spectre

Elizabeth Debicki was absolutely gorgeous in it.

The "russian" guys accent was terrible and he got taken down by a stronk woman. The pacing sucked. The movie was watchable and entertaining though.

I loved how ridiculously suave Solo was in the movie. It was hilarious when he got drugged and his first reaction was "well, I'd better lie down, pull out a pillow, and get comfortable for this nap",

You can tell Cavill was having fun with the character unlike when he's Superman

Guy Ritchie had 1 essentially great movie and one good movie.

Rest are shit.

>uniqueness
kek
literally tarantino for the family
liked it a lot, though. that wine and sandwich in the truck scene was superb

Hammer is such a fucking babe. He needs to be in more things like me

>Jared Harris with a bad American accent
This movie was fucking awful and I'm ashamed of all of you

I liked it, the torture scene was pretty interesting, but the action could have been better, felt a little rushed and underwhelming.

I honestly preferred Cavil's smugness in this to the angst in MoS and BvS.

this movie seemed appallingly bad, Are you sure you have the title right OP?

90% of Sup Forums doesn't know it's based off a tv show.

Loved it. Shame there won't be a sequel.

it was stylish and full of great performances. The chemistry between Cavill and Hammer was great, but the story was lackluster

>evil 10%er
GIBSMEDAT NAWLEDGE
