Literally everyone capable of speaking perfect Polish could pass as a local, well maybe except people whose look automatically gives away their origin as for example in case of blacks, arabs etc. The problem about speaking perfect Polish though is that it is barely doable for someone whose native language is not Polish or at least slavic.
I personally do not know anyone who would hate Finnish people.
