First for based doggo

i was stunned when i realised Futurama referenced this.
You're definitely a mong then.
When? That's interesting.
Family Guy played the 4th Doctor titles in their Star Wars special when they were flying through hyperspace
Ah yes, The Invisible Enemy. So good Jonathan Morris wrote an audio sequel to it
its the episode where fry eats a sandwich and gets infected by little creatures, they create mini avatars of themselves to investigate.
and it was bloody awful
Oh wow, is that a Who reference? I haven't seen The Invisible Enemy yet, I'm like 11 serials away
insurance costs would be astronomical compared to canary islands
no it was a Fantastic Voyage parody of course
God, that was crap.
Morris wrote most of my favorite MR audios in the last few years years (not that he's had much competition, apart from Robson, Dorney and one or two especially good audios from other writers) but Revenge of the Swarm is just indefensible.
This
I am currently shaking my head to be honest family.
Futurama did have a Fourth Doctor cameo in one episode, though.
Nice shop m8. You can tell by the pixels that you did this in MS paint. Try better next time. Doctor Who fans are not stupid you know. We don't fall for bait this easy.
Futurama did that stuff all the time. There was another episode where 4 ran off a bus and into his TARDIS. Also Dalek at the right in pic related.

Matt Smith doing a new stage play?
Yeah that's his voice.
Belongs in the fucking garbage.
*phucking
>Alex Kingston played a defence attorney called Miranda Pond in Law & Order
POTTERY
gr8b8m8
Is that meant to be robot Jay Garrick?
not 20th anniversary of TVM edition.
I know people get autistic about doing them in order but still come on OP
its the thing from power rangers
Is this bait? It's supposed to be a dalek you dipshit.
TV movie a shit though, why would we want to be reminded of its anniversary? Besides, this is just the anniversary of it in Canada. Surely its American and UK debuts are more important.
>Alex Kingston's character marries a doctor in ER
Just absolute pottery
No one watched it in America, the movie didn't release on DVD for a while, and I don't think it simultaneously aired in Britain?
FOX was hoping to ride the X-Files success train with it and flopped.
Also
>Vancouver, the city that never plays itself
youtu.be
it may be a shit, but it gave us the 8th doctor, which is worth celebrating.
Besides Canada a great, speaking as a Canadian.
I read an episode of Roseanne that aired at the same time is what killed it.
The finale of Roseanne
Nah the finale was later.
It was the episode where Dan has an heart attack.
You're right, why the fuck did I always hear it was the finale
eh it was a big episode regardless.
The first time it aired is what's important, because that's the point it first becomes available to the public, regardless of where it was broadcast and how many people watched it at the time.
That's like saying the 50th anniversary should have been on Nov 30th because nobody watched it when it first aired on the 23rd.
I obviously meant the thing with a lightning bolt and flat-dome head
>obviously
How is it obvious when all the post talks about is a fucking Dalek. Fuck off, nobody liked your bait now shut the fuck up and go shitpost some other thread.
Dunno if anyones interested in the new Sonic toy supposedly coming out tommorow, but here's a video of a guy demoing it. I personally love it, that last blue setting is great with the revolving led.
>How is it obvious when all the post talks about is a fucking Dalek.
Different user here, but I'd suggest that the post identifying the Dalek as a Dalek makes it even more obvious that the second user was talking about something other than the Dalek.
It's not about how many people watched on May 12, it's about the fact that it's a British/American film that wasn't available to the British or American public yet. I mean technically it was because internet, but not that many people would have used it in 1996 to pirate/stream something they could watch on tv two days later.
>le pretending to be retarded
stop shilling, Pete
I remember on my watch through of the classic series, that the decline in quality was so jarring for this story that I posted on /who/ asking what the heck was the deal. And that's how I found out a new producer took over.
There is something strangely appealing about the Nucleus. It's a cheap piece of absolute goofy nonsense, but I'm always struck by the sheer visceral ugliness of it. Like somehow the shitness of the design loops back around into looking a bit fascinating.
Heaven Sent was Moffat's first great episode since taking over as Showrunner.
>what is eleventh hour
gr8 b8
Series 10 titles, so far:
>Save Rock and Roll
>Hell Sent
>Brain of the Pharaoh
>Revenge of the Humans
>Power of the Cybermen
>Whisper
The Eleventh Hour is Steven Moffat's first episode as Showrunner. Why do you ask?
Hell Sent is a Doctor light story featuring Missy and Bill as they are miniaturized inside a clock.
>Hell Sent
>Revenge of the Humans
it was a great episode
Moffat has written several stories since taking over as showrunner that are on par with his RTD era work.
Heaven Sent and Listen are better than virtually all of it though.
Reminder new Faction Paradox this year
It was a good episode.
>Moffat has written several stories since taking over as showrunner that are on par with his RTD era work.
No he hasn't.
Reminder that the tardis wikia refuses to cover it despite it being a doctor who spinoff and its fandom consisting entirely of doctor who fans.
So damn retarded.
Doesn't FP have a whole wiki to itself?
Yup.
Well, not quite entirely

>Reminder that the tardis wikia refuses to cover it despite it being a doctor who spinoff and its fandom consisting entirely of doctor who fans.
>So damn retarded.
They still count Vienna canon as canon only when she's being cross-overed with Doc or Benny. So she's not canon by herself somehow.
It's basically nothing but a containment wikia.
>tfw faction paradox is the /mlp/ of doctor who
>Lawrence Miles had MLP toys even before 2010
It's all connected, like a web of autism.
just seems snooty
Is it that bad lmao dang
I thought he was more a Lego guy
fuckin bronies

Dead fucking general.
>Dead fucking general.
Nah. Just muh comfy night /who/.
Yeah, the comfy embrace of Death.
thread=dead
Oh wow, I didn't expect Doctor Who to actually be in the video.
Underworld's soundtrack is actually pretty dope.
>tfw I now want to read Faction Paradox
fuck
K9 is shit. Prove me wrong.
fuk u that's how
I support a transgender companion.
Listen was overrated. It was trying too hard to be Moffat mind bendy and underwhelmed.
Eh, I thought it started really strong, and the actual concept about the Doctor's paranoia was interesting, but then it just ends with a Big Inspiring Speechâ„¢ and Gallifrey for no reason.
"Trying too hard" is a shit meme.
>but then it just ends with a Big Inspiring Speechâ„¢ and Gallifrey for no reason.
I thought that was the best part of the episode desu.
But that speech was all about the doctor's fear and paranoia
I know why Eccleston fucking hates Dr Who, but why does John Simm?
Oh, it's the right idea - if there HAD been a Silence-esque monster that's just good at hiding, that would have been really lame - it just felt a bit heavy handed to have Clara turn up and tell us what the moral is. But then I probably wasn't who it was meant for, Moff's always had his "childhood fear" theme and I could see it working really well for a kid who was dealing with nightmares and that.
I think fans kept bugging him when he was trying to shop for groceries or something?
They had to draw the line somewhere. But they probably drew it in a somewhat unreasonable way.
I'm particularly annoyed by their unaired embargo.
>but why does John Simm?
He doesn't. It's a lie some newspaper made up. He's even publicly said in the past that he'd like to reprise the role.
>they had to draw the line somewhere
Yet "Turkey Baster" and "Urine" are deemed completely necessary.
the argumentation is just odd. At one point they did cover everything Faction Paradox related but then they removed everything because the franchise might take place in an alternate timeline or an altenate universe or something. I can understand that it can be hard to incorporate stuff like that into the wikia because they try to be an in-universe-databank but if anything that just proves to me that the entire in-universe approach is flawed and that a better long-term-solution would be to change the system instead of just kicking the things out that don't fit.
They have to draw the line somewhere in relation to canon. Are you suggesting turkey basters and urine are not canon in the Doctor Who universe?
I watched the video and I still don't see the lights you're talking about
God I miss that TARDIS now that I'm seeing it again, it was really inspired
I don't understand what the fuss is. Why should the wiki include the independent Faction Paradox stuff? It's an unofficial spin-off that legally isn't even allowed to include things from DW.
See how the edges of the coral are brighter than the rest? It's pretty subtle but the guy in the video said there were lights and those parts are lit up in a way that doesn't fit the ambient lighting
They did for one of the specials. Personally I think it's a waste of licence payers money but as I don't pay for a licence I can't really grumble.
Wow, that's really neat. Now that I think about it I always felt something there was a little off but it was a great effect.
So are Iris Wildthyme, Kaldor City and Time Hunter, and yet they're all covered.
>Prove me wrong.
Why would I even attempt to? I know I can be a contrarian cunt at times but even I draw the line somewhere.
