Props to Keri Russell because Elizabeth was fucking terrifying in that scene. Actually, she's really the only threatening 'strong woman' on TV now (sorry Game of Thrones).

I spent the early episodes of this season liking it but wishing they'd move from Philip and develop Elizabeth more, so the past four or so episodes have been a delight.

Her husband has level 4 access in the biological weapons lab

She is the wife and accidental friend to elizabeth. They have an inside man into biological weapons program in the U.S and the asian wife's husband has higher access than what they already have. He is a way in.

Season 3 Liz wasn't that bad either, especially with what was going on with her mom and then there's that episode where she made an old woman commit suicide

That was despondently ruthless and tragic and sickening and you could see the waves of her realizing and then the old lady realizing and it really unhinged her view point.

I think that poor lady unloading groceries was Elizabeth's most ruthless kill, but that old lady definitely fucked with her head a little.

The wrong place, wrong time kill didn't have long to gestate with Elizabeth whereas the old woman did, and I think that is why it was because it was slow and had effects on other things besides the old lady and lead to a larger change inside of Elizabeth, at least that is how I feel looking back over various seasons.

The small moments that they don't shine a light on but affect things, Phil going back to grave of the guy he killed for Martha but he didn't stand at that grave but someone else. There is always other textures going on, layers.

Wrong place wrong time is a helluva drug, both of them have had to do some seriously fucked up shit to cover something, remember in I think Season 2 when Philip infiltrated that lab for computer data and some guy came back for his wallet and found him? You gotta go son.

Worse yet Philip strangling that dude on the bus because the contact was sperging out and then the stupid shit left the sample behind.

The AA black chick was particularly rough too because her life had gone to shit when Liz came into her life, husband ditched with the money, back on the sauce, never going to see her kids again. She did her a favor but at the same time it was like looking into a mirror of how bad things would go if they are ever compromised.

Right but I meant in that she actually came to care for her than more as a fake friend.

Sort of like Stan and Phil, Phil is playing stan for access and information but also cared for him as a friend.

One side of it was always intentional but the other wasn't, sorry I didn't qualify that.
