Being literally immortal and executing henchmen isn't exciting, no tension, no build-up.
Mentioned only once, there weren't any clowns in the movie either surprisingly enough though they certainly mentioned them.
Overall it was pretty bad in my opinion. Just seemed very generic, did anyone even care during the final battle? They made a villain so uninteresting you weren't at all concerned with the outcome.
The best part of the film might have been the brief appearances of the X-Men

A friend of mine loved this movie. This same friend hates the movie "shoot 'em up" because it's too fake.
This is movie is great because it was a quick and light hearted capeshit romp that made fun of itself. It had fine batches. In theaters, it entertained me for 90 minutes. Then, weeks later I get a nearly endless stream of entertainment from assblasted autists on here. Comedy of the year.
2nd time it wasnt a joke. Just a pissed off comment to himself "Motherfucker should've worn his brown pants...". Delivery was different. You werent supposed to laugh that time.

I saw it the other day, and while there are scenes that are like that (and they're the worst parts of the movie), the movie overall is surprisingly good. Really enjoyed a lot of it despite some of those "ass cock reference" moments.
I thought that a lot of jokes fell flat, but there were enough to keep my entertained over the run time. It was at least somewhat different. I respect that more than other capeshit.
The person's body liquified on the sign and Deadpool saying he just found him that way is pretty amusing compared to typical """""comedy""""" today. But yes. A lot of it is juvenile neologisms
Same, and my girlfriend liked it for the same reasons. Not all the jokes were good, granted, but a lot were and it was a solid action movie considering it's budget.
Unless you're a teenager pretending to be "above" dick jokes (I'M A GROWN UP) then it's an enjoyable little movie. It is literally harmless.

It really was a very smooth film, but the dialogue and character development needs some work. They needed to emphasize more on why he has such a childish sense of humor, and it was weird that he already had that BEFORE his mutilation which iirc in the comics is the whole reason he acts that way.
Also the jokes were like something you'd expect from Andy in Toy Story.
My two biggest things about this movie is that I was sitting in a theater surrounded by idiots foaming at the mouth at every "lol I got shot in the ass" and "lol closeup spandex ass," and that I hope this movies success leads to some actually good R-rated capeshit.
