I really, really like the beginning of the movie. It was nice looking had a nice style to it and the madness of how chaotic everything was was great.

I think they mean "quality" in the same sense as you would when you say "quality over quality". I mean you can struggle really hard over some petty bullshit that only helps yourself, or you can struggle courageously to help other people with something important to them, which I suppose is what the movie's about.
