the one from that show you like.

Made in America

Quite possibly; I'd add several Sopranos/Wire/Mad Men/Deadwood ones up there.

the band of brothers bastogne one

the pilot of i dream of jeannie

No. The best TV episode ever is Friday Night Lights - Mud Bowl

...

Crawl Space

International Assassin

...

go to bed, sis

Lost: Pilot

It's ironic how well the first episode's title is for this..... The pilot died.

get out.

The Doll

Mad Men Finale Episode, Sons of Anarchy Finale Episode, Game of Thrones battle of Hardhome, Battle of Blackwater, etc...

Also this
>Mad Men Finale Episode

Game of thrones when the white walkers attack the village beyond the wall. Fuck man, where does HBO get the money

Do not tell me what i can't do !!!!!

Made in America

The title alone gives me chills.

But only because of everything that preceded it. It only makes sense and is engaging if you have seen everything before it.

For standalone, I would probably choose an episode of Band of Brothers. Maybe the Bastogne one.

>IT crowd, Gay musical
>Buffy, Hush
>Seinfeld, Soup Nazi

So many possible answers

Then they pushed him out a building and crippled him! Try to walk now!

Hannibal season 2 finale

Pine barrens

>he killed 16 czechoslovakians

i think Pine Barrens, Ozymandias and Final Grades are the holy trinity of extremely overrated episodes

>not kennesy and heidi

>made in america
>depicts a shitty american made SUV causing a fucking fire
>mfw

It's people like you who make me think that half the people watching The Sopranos just missed the point completely.

Pine Barrens is funny. I'll admit it. But it was empty. A filler episode.

It tells so much about a person if they can sit and watch all of The Sopranos with all of the character drama and poignant themes presented and just walk away thinking the slapstick comedy in Pine Barrens was the shows highlight. I can name ten episodes off the top of my head that are better than Pine Barrens.

Pretty good metaphor for Tony's life. Nothing works and everything goes to shit.

>Fuck man, where does HBO get the money
Millions of people give them $15 a month. Plus merchandise and DVD sales

Brigadoom

Heaven Sent

once more, with feeling

obviously

close, but there were better episodes of buffy AND angel

El Generalisimo from 30 Rock. Alec Baldwin got an Emmy for that episode I think.
>Even I would hit that and I'm totally the gay.

Ozymandias is easily Breaking Bad's best.

Curb Your Enthusiasm - Krazy Eyez Killa

>"you my nigga?"
>"Yes, I'm your nigger"

Still not even close to being the best episode of television by a long shot.

Three Stories

someone finally gets it

...

Picking the best television episode of all time is like picking the best book chapter of all time.

...

That's My Dog felt like it came out of nowhere in the best way possible.

Bookchapters dont tend to be episodic and standalone faggot.

Work on your shitty analogies more

Lindelof is genius

That nigga got TOLD

I posted the czech thing because its a joke and a silly episode, i love watching it because paulie is my favorite character. I honestly think college is the best episode of the entire show.

My favorite episode of tv is final grades from the wire though.

Yah this

Crawl Space, Hardhome and Clyde Bruckman

couldn't agree more

Season 4 is so fucking boring starting off and then it just hits you with that

Three Stories was fun if a tad silly. Best House episode is him in the insane asylum, I think it was S5E1.

...

also my choice!

the one with the fly from Breaking Bad.

>nissan
>american
>mfw

>Buffy, Hush
Hush used to scare the shit out of me.

Rapture's Delight has to be up there for animated shows.

Spartacus Blood and Sand: Kill Them All

this

John Quixote is my runner-up, webm related

Awesome show.
I miss lexx.

I really didn't like this one. I loved Far Scape, but the satirical absurd humor of this episode felt forced, like it didn't work. Which was weird, because the absurd dream scenes with imaginerary Scorpius in the amusement park were incredible.

But this one just felt forced.

The episode preceding it, To'hajilee, is better. To'hajilee puts in the work of building tension to an actual climax; Ozymandias is just a checklist of all the shit that has to happen next.

I know this isn't anything new, but Lost episode S1E4 and The Constant were amazing.

Definitely 'Bastogne'

Most episodes on Game of Thrones season 1. Hardhome was pretty great too. Also, that one with the FOOKIN LEGEND. A really memorable episode.

mein negers

Can someone explain the fascination people have with College? I think it's alright but not even in the top 40 episodes of the show. The similarly named "University" is way better for instance.

I think College was just the first very relatable epsiode - which also involved Tony sneaking off to murder a snitch. It just really encapsulated the general feeling the show had towards its 'family' theme early on.

Huh, to each their own. I think it's brilliant

My Nigga, The Finale Episode against Caesar and Crassus was the best.

Mmm...that's a bit hard to answer, but below I'll throw out my nominations for some of the very, very best:

Futurama - Jurassic Bark - S4E07

Futurama - The Late Phillip J. Fry - S6E07

Stargate SG-1 - Window of Opportunity - S4E06

Stargatte SG-1 - Unending - S10E20

Babylon 5 - Sleeping in Light - S5E22

Babylon 5 - Deconstruction of Falling Stars - S4E22

Battlestar Galactica has too many fantastic, 10/0 episodes to list.

Deconstruction has a great concept but it's also too heavy-handed, even by B5 standards. Still a good episode

Sleeping in Light is definitely GOAT, probably the greatest series finale ever

I've never fully understood the adoration people have for jurassic bark, could you explain why you like it?

I mean I've had pets die before but i've never owned a dog so maybe that dooms me to never quite 'getting' it?

Caesar was pretty based in this t b h

It's cool to say that episode made you cry now.

pic related was better

I don't know, but it wasn't anything from that gay crybaby soap opera Six Feet Under.

...

Who ready for S3 ????
Who ready for more comfy Leftovers threads with Sup Forums ????

My choice as well

Fucking hell, I was spoiled for that and it still destroyed me mentally and physically

Hush is overrated honestly, its like Blink from Doctor Who. Way more hype then it deserved

were a very small child at the time?

Mah nigga

"Smoker" from the TV show Kingdom. All of the personal relationships are so broken and realistic and in this episode they're all on display, just a tremendous effort. "Guys like me don't get rich, guys like me get by with bloody fucking knuckles." Seriously, one of the best shows still on tv and I never see anyone here talk about it.

...

Best Of Both Worlds, Part 1

Members Only-sopranos

Final Grades-wire

toss up between lost - the constant and TWD - too far gone

most likely the constant

Easy

Blink :3

>greatest television episode of all time
>toss up between twd and fucking lost

Jesus christ, user. I hope you're not being serious.

yeah jk haha my favourite is an episode of mad men like my fellow patrician Sup Forums friends ;)

Quote has stuck with me all that time. Good scene.

overrated as fuck
