Everyone is good at something

I dunno

What about you?

Because they put emphasis on depth of flavor instead of finding the optimal way to lay raw fish on soggy rice. Japanese food is a meme.

I can suck a whole dick

Everyone can do that

Well in Japan I doubt that's difficult

As a mexican, let me tell you that's definitely not mexican cuisine.

What!?

That's a bastardized Amercian Tex-Mex version, that uses week old ingredients.

that is our cuisine...not mexican at all

Is this authentic Mexican food, or is it Americanized? I was fucking around on Google maps and found Mexican restaurants in Uganda of all places. I got curious and looked up the menu of one of the Mexican restaurants.

They have always had great native ingredients that people all over the world now eat.
They were colonized by Mediterraneans (who some consider to have the best cuisine in the world).
Being third world made them more creative and not take anything for granted.

A lot of countries with great food have similar stories.

underrated

around 1/3 of that is legit, none of the tacos are by the way.

>Europeans post some quirky local variation on the hamburger
>Americans say "looks good, post moar"
>Americans make some local variation of Mexican food
>THAT'S NOT REALLY MEXICAN!!!1!!
why do Mexicans have autism?

Interdasting. So an Americanized version of Spanish + native American food got Ugandanized, and I think there some British influence too. Globalization is neat.

They don't.

It's not like we have autism, it's that it's not mexica, that is a legit Tex-mex food, I think it deserves it's own label, and it's not mexican.

We're just so fat that we will be polite for the sake of potential food porn.

hope someday you taste the difference

we forced them to stop eating people and start using animal meat, also we gave them cumin and other shit

>we forced them to stop eating people and start using animal meat

Hoy voy a comer unos buenos tacos.

perfect

triggered
gringos turn everything into a disgusting pile of shit

I do not know, we pressed all the buttons, amigo.

Bueno, vamos a mostrarles como es la verdadera comida mexicana...

Que mierda, soy tan poco mexicano. No veo las diferencias.

Always wanted to try a Taco, they don't sell them around here.

If we're being honest though, Tex-Mex>Mexican food

they do over here, there's a few overpriced Mexican restaurants, don't know if they are any good

Really? You mean those handmade tacos, right?

>tfw I've never eaten mejican food in my life

There are some overpriced Mexican restaurants in Brazil i went to one in rio
fucking HORCHATA IS GOD"S NECTAR

¡Horchata! I always try to drink it once a week.

>i went to one in rio
I know one too, in Jardim Botânico neighborhood, always wanted to go there, but my friends don't want to and I don't have a gf anymore.

too bad i'm back in the states i would have gone with you user
also really like that neighborhood and the gardens themselves

I'm jelly
planning a trip to Mexico(mostly for food) does Tijuana or mexico city have better Horchata and food in general?

I do not know Tijuana, srry. I just know that there are a lot of those drinks in CDMX. I love it. You can also do them, I think it's not that difficult.

>You can also do them, I think it's not that difficult.
I'm sure i can and i will try just wondering since i plan to go to mexico with a friend anyway

~6.50USD for a burrito
What the hell, thats expensive by usa standards even. They must be hella rich in uganda

Kek why does everything have to be small? Look at that burrito.

That would've been great indeed. I heard they also have hot tequilleras there and yes, the neighborhood is really cool, I studied there for years and have really fond memories.

Nevermind that, its expensive as fuck. GDP per capita is less than 700 dollars.
What the fuck mang

>shawarma with corn and tortilla instead of lavash
Nah, original shawarma is better than all that stuff

>They have always had great native ingredients
they did't grow themselves

>original shawarma
we were doing original pizza millenia before the italians

I gave you cumin ur ass!

Are you Chespirito?

actually mexican along with french, japanese and mediterranean cuisine are considered world heritage, not sure of what its taken in count to make that decision tho
