Thanks but I'm not going to be a language teacher. I'm rather interested what the best dictionary + live translation + ocr translation app is. Both offer this option for pay, but I only want to pay for one of them. Unluckily I'm going to China on short notice. My work environment will be in my mother tongue and I'm also good in Englisch, but I want to learn at least basic Mandarin for everyday use. You know like understanding signs and menu cards and so on. In my recent hometown the language courses are not cominc together beacause too less people are willing to attend. So I'm learning a bit myself with New Practical Chinese. Thatswhy one of thoese two apps could be crucial for me.
