I don't know probably because it's cheap.
same reasons you do
OH SAY CAN YOU SEE
That's in Canada ( ._.)
why dont Americans build plywood houses near parks?
that isn't plywood it's osb
because Americucks never heard of this story:
Why do americans store their shoes in plywood refrigerators?
America is not very windy, they only need plywood
We're practicing for real life Rust. Trump will make it happen.
It's cheap, it's durable, it's easy to work with, it's easy to alter later on, it doesn't crack due to earthquakes, if it needs to be replaced it's fairly easy to.
Because it's cheap, easy and perfectly viable.
This is why your shitty concrete houses cost an arm and a leg for 2 stories at 800 square feet and renovating them costs more than buying the house.
It's cheap and fast. Developers cash in and leave.
We also have over 13 degrees celcius indoors during winter, so that's a nice plus.
When you're framing the house, you have to hold down the wall if there is strong wind.
The zionist construction monopoly.
and the (((lumber))) lobby.
You don't frame with plywood.
You don't understand. Say when you have one wall up you have to make sure it doesn't fall over.
Carpenter here, you worded your question in a strange way. What you meant to ask is why do mexicans build houses out of plywood in the USA.
The answer is because its solid, cheap, fast, seriously frame carpentry isn't shitty like you people make it out to be. It would take retarded levels of wind to fuck it up.
Everyone else is just mad because they don't have seemingly endless forests to cut into dimensional lumber.
Also your picture is OSB not plywood
You're delusional. Rich people in the USA don't build houses out of wood.
money.cnn.com
That's not even plywood you retard it's oriented strand board have you ever been to a building supply store?
I've worked on many houses worth 5 million + and they were indeed frame carpentry.
Not even gonna click your link don't care enough to.
Americans dont like quality lol
What about McMansions?
>worth 5 million
The wood framing didn't add to its value.
I have no idea what that is
The frame is nailed into concrete with a gun. You don't put osb on until the frame for the roof is on. It's highly unlikely its going anywhere unless there is a tornado in which case you have bigger things to worry about.
it's cheaper to replace when the tornado blows it down
Even brick homes use wood for framing.
Jews.
Jews rule the US and Jews rule real estate, Jews want you to buy a new house every now and then
>America is not very windy
Just like Australia isn't very poisonous animalsy
we're secretly 3rd world
plywood that is not
We're the definition of first world
The Soviet Union was second world
Third world was countries that didn't want anything to do with either.
