What is the rarest flag you ever collected in real life?
For me it's Kiribati, with Haïti as the runner-up.

One of those obscure islands that only appeared a few times like US Minor Outlying Islands and South Georgia.
The Libyan poster's green flag in between when Ghadaffi was overthrown and the new government adopting a new flag. (Great Socialist People's Libyan Arab Jamahiriya)

Also, Antarctica. Only saw it once.
how sure are you that this wasnt proxy?
Probably all proxies, but I don't care. There have been legit NK posts, though.
Only one that was ever confirmed.
How was it confirmed?
It was an Aussie visiting there, he timestamped that morning's version of Pyongyang's propangda "news"paper in English for tourists as well as a bunch of shit in his hotel like notepads and pens and stuff.
I remember the last year, one North Korean started to speak about her life in NK as people begin to make questions. It seems it was a female and she lives close to the China border, this is how she explained the internet connection. She posted some pictures too (like local currency, etc.). I don't know if it was legit though.
Sup Forums isnt banned in China and NK is it?
No, Google and captchas are
this, if they buy Sup Forums passes they can post. Chinese posters show up every once and a while on here, they probably just don't like posting on flag boards because it attracts political questions from people and their answers might get them put on some list. North Koreans just don't have fucking computers.
