Canceled Sequels,that should've been made

Spider Man 4 was a movie that I was hyped for the most.3 did well at the box office and it wasn't a really bad movie. When they released the concept art,I saw a movie that had so much potential, but they gave up on it the last minute.

It was as much sony's decision to end it as it was Raimi's. Raimi and sony were clashing too much as it was, as sony wanted more of the newer, flashier villains like venom, carnage, electro, etc, where as Raimi wanted the more muted villains like Vulture and Mysterio. Ironically, Amazing Spiderman had what should have been the compromise villain of The Lizard. I mean, they had even set up Dr. Conors for three movies, then just never use him. If there were to be 6 movie in the franchise, 4 should have been vulture, shocker, and craven the hunter working for the kingpin who wants to take spiderman down, 5 sinister 6 movie with vulture, shocker, and craven returning, with mysterio, electro, and chameleon being the remaining 3. Chameleon could act as a villainous version of spiderman that turns the public against him, as well as a way to get punisher into the fray. At the end, punisher realizes it was a fake spiderman and works with peter to take down the 6. Spiderman 6 would be about carnage, who would be a modified version of venom that the government retrieved after spidermans battle with venom. It brakes free and latches onto cletus kasady, where he goes on a killing spree.

Sony are retarted, they should really stop making movies.

Too much characters.
4 could've been the last movie.

Gladiator 2

I would have introduced, Craven, Black Cat, Vulture and Rhino.
Really play up the urban jungle motif.
Back in the day I would've casted Antonio Banderas, ScarJo, John Malcovick, and no idea for rhino

...

"The venom of a black mamba can kill a human in four hours if, say, bitten on the ankle or the thumb. However, a bite to the face or torso can bring death from paralysis within 20 minutes." Now, you should listen to this, 'cause this concerns you. "The amount of venom that can be delivered from a single bite can be gargantuan." You know, I've always liked that word... 'gargantuan'... so rarely have an opportunity to use it in a sentence. "If not treated quickly with antivenom, 10 to 15 milligrams can be fatal to human beings. However, the black mamba can deliver as much as 100 to 400 milligrams of venom from a single bite."

Spider-Man

Fucktard.

>it wasn't a really bad movie.

>concept art

apology for poor english

when were you when tron 3 dies

i was sat at home drinking gik wine when joe ring

'tron 3 is kill"

'no'

and you??????????

Coulda been good but not Amazing.

i feel ya op I would have gave the whole franchise a shot but they fucked up baaaad. i mean heads must have been rolling in that studio. someone had to take the brunt of all that shit. I would love to be a spider on the wall and hear all the fucking excuses for what happened. blowing the budget on jamie foxx and making him the most forgettable villain of any capeshit priceless. the fucker made a song for the movie. lmao how out of touch is hollywood. I almost believe they have become a different species they literally impose what they think is cool on us and it fails all the time. what the fuck is going on over there? you cant even expect a good movie anymore you just get prepared for shit.

maximum carnage should have been the marvel R movie I wish this could be made but no everytime spider man has to be established and rebooted like no one fucking has a clue who spiderman is.

3 wasn't bad? Wew lad

It wasn't Batman And Robin bad.

Reminder

raimi just should have dropped sandman storyline, it was boring ass and retcon for no reason at all.

give screen time for venom origin more , give new goblin more time .
.
there you got good movie.

What the actual....?

>Malkovich as Vulture
>Bruce Campbell as Mysterio

I don't care what you thought about Spider-man 3.... this would have been 10/10

I disagree. Drop venom entirely.
Yeah the Sandman killing Uncle Ben was a stupid retcon but Thomas Hayden Church was fucking PERFECT casting and the idea of Sandman turning to crime to help his terminally ill daughter is good... the first Spidey villain to be evil for objectively good reasons... having him deal with that would've been interesting.

>Who are you?
>Just your friendly neighborhood Klansman.

Jesus, you really wanted more of Raimi's madness?
You are diabolic OP.

Did they NEED the ten minute uncensored scene of Venom raping MJ near the end of Spiderman 3? I think that's the only time I've ever seen close-up anal penetration in a non-porn film.

Post the scene

Remember when 3 was considered a bad superhero movie?
Remember how it still has oodles more directorial flair and personality even with the studio compromises than the "best" of marvel's modern cookie cutter shit?

It'll be made... ;_;

Nah. It's not as bad as a lot of today's capeshit, but it wasn't good. 1 and 2 were good.

I enjoyed this thread, I wish it was longer...
I'm a huge fan of Raimi's trilogy, I even ordered the trilogy on Blu-Ray recently to re-watch 'em all.

same

Superhero films will never be the same... Raimi's trilogy just has this particular charm.

how many villains were going to be stacked onto 4.

But sandman is lame character. No matter who character is shit. If movie didnt had venom, black suit and emo parker it would be much more forgottable movie. Nobody remembers sandman

If the clutter was villain clutter was removed then Sandman could have been better developed and been a more memorable character.

He didn't deserve to die.

Carnage is truly the greatest comic book villain.

citizen kane 2: kane's wrath

>Unfortunately, it wasn’t meant to be, but I did get to spend a few years working on “OZ, The Great and Powerful”, which was just amazing…
And that just throws out of the window his credibility.

Don't be an idiot, idiot.

surely such convincing words would change anyone's mind.

>Tim Burton's Superman
>Tim Burton's Batman 3

this

After these years my mind can still process this image, neither the idea of him being Superman.

The original Iron Man 3 before Disney made it PG-13.
