>colored people

Since when are the French "colored"

France has always been multicultural

More or less. There actually isn't much history on Russian people during the time of vikings since they had little to no recorded history about them.

They weren't much different from vikings other than they have been constantly dominated by the ottoman empire.

except she has bad teeth because no healthcare, and she smells, because too cold to wash, and she has poor hygiene because primitive society

you've been watching too many movies

Yeah but the same could be said for you if you lived in that time. It would be the norm. Though, mind you, people ate a lot less sugars back then, because it was a lot harder to get by, and their dental health was not as bad as a modern day humans would be if left unattended. A diet of meats and vegetables with the occasional fruit is actually pretty good for you. Plus you wouldn't keep fucking a woman once she got too old and used up. You bed the young ones who are fresh and still have all their chompers.

Also - You think people a thousand years from now won't have dramatically different hygene standards and reflect on our physical intimacy customs as being a bit on the barbaric side? It all depends on what you think is normal.

Just some perspective.

>Ottoman Empire
>existing during the Vikings' lifetime
Retard.

AMERIFATS

No to mention that russians kicked Ottoman's ass numerous times.

Look up the Varangians.

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

>The Primary Chronicle reports that in the year 987, after consultation with his boyars, Vladimir the Great sent envoys to study the religions of the various neighboring nations whose representatives had been urging him to embrace their respective faiths. The result is described by the chronicler Nestor. Of the Muslim Bulgarians of the Volga the envoys reported there is no gladness among them, only sorrow and a great stench. He also reported that Islam was undesirable due to its taboo against alcoholic beverages and pork.[19] Vladimir remarked on the occasion: "Drinking is the joy of all Rus'. We cannot exist without that pleasure."[20] Ukrainian and Russian sources also describe Vladimir consulting with Jewish envoys and questioning them about their religion, but ultimately rejecting it as well, saying that their loss of Jerusalem was evidence that they had been abandoned by God.

It's not a huge stretch. Slavs are descended from Vikings who settled in eastern Europe, Vladimir is derived from the same root as Valdemar. Depending on the time period, it could either be accurate or nearly-accurate.

>360
end your life

Slavs were already living in the area of Rus long before the Varangians arrived. The vikings established towns and trading posts, and then they assimilated into the Slavic population.

Doesn't look that bad, I'd watch it

Pretty much, they were know as the Varangians to the Romans, they made up the first corps of the Varangian Guard when the Rus were converted to Christianity in the 10th century, but the Roman Emperors had used Norse bodyguards for at least 150 years before the Guard was formed.

>Assimilated

More like obliterated.

no, Valdemar is the Germanised version of the Slavic name. You're not going to get that name unless you're basically a Russian living with the Norse, not the other way around.
No family living in Scandinavia is going to choose it for their son
