Of course we will. I eat like an entire one each day. It's a bread that goes with everything. I eat it toasted with jam in the morning, with ham, cheese, and vegetables at lunch, with nothing on the way back from the bakery in the afternoon, and then with some cheese at dinner.

I bake it myself. Such bread can easily last 2 weeks. Of course, it's also much heavier.

Industrial bread dries in 2or 3 days because there's way too much air in it. Though you can still easily find industrial bread that lasts a week if you buy more rustic stuff like pic related.

Go buy bread from an actual baker, you know a guy who gets up at 3 every day and starts making dough. Real bread lasts a week easily, bread with a lot of rye even longer.
