Huh. Your dudes have similar helmets to ours. Similar camo too.

Post gurkhas in your country desu.I want to see them.

Mostly as private security guards. No disrespect to you but originally only ex-Ghurkas who served in the military can be hired as guards in Malaysia but now they just take anyone as long as they're Nepalese.

It's the same model.

Camo is very different tho.

Yeah it's pretty common desu

Malaysian Army bombarding Filipino Sulu invader positions during the Lahad Datu standoff. Later F/A-18s and Hawk-200s also bombed them, killing most of the intruders.

Reading the list of Russian casualties on winter war.

We changed to puke inducing digicam. Why? Because even the military is not immune to fashion trends.

Buy pls.

Digital just doesn't work in jungle or forests.

Heavy weapons crew during the Lahad Datu stand off.

Find me.

See this. This is our Bomba (fire service) uniform. It's fucking ORANGE camo. Nevermind why the Bomba needs camo in the first place.

Still can't find me :D

That could be useful camo in buddhist temple.

We have orange and beije, all leather.

Firemen are supposed to br highly visible for safety reasons. Not blend in with the fire. Some high up Fire service brass probably got penis envy of the military and decided they should wear camo to. But in orange.

What military branch is this? Seems like Star Wars Rebel uniform.

Army, Semi-Arid combat units, same as jungle warfare units, but on "desert".

Oh, hahaha! What the hell, firemen don't need camo! :D Those fire service bosses should be fired. This is how our firemen look.

Wow. Cool as. What's the deal with the fisherman hat though?

Army clothing made of orange leather :D Maybe this is more suitable for gay club not for military :D

Protect from sun.

>get scratched by poisonus cactus
>dies

:DDD

No shit. On the other hand, here is the uniform of our RELA Corps (Homeguard Militia). It's fucking bright yellow and banana green. Whyyyyyy?

This has a sci-fi vibe to it.

Haha! You should ditch fashion designers from these jobs! :D
Poor guys, leather is hot as hell and in Brazil, KILL ME! :D

Not really.

In the jungle is as hot but 100% humidity.

Here's one of them wearing normal uniform.

Maybe.

Our paramilitary police General Operations Force wear cloth hats too. The GOF is police but eqiupped like Army light infantry. Was originally raised to fight commie insurgents in the 60's.

I'm not sure what to wear in jungle but sure not leather. :D

>have commie insurgents
>have army
>raise completely separate pseudoarmy to fight commies
Why?

Same unit, but more "normal".

Apparently, ours is 65% cotton / 35% polyester ripstop fabrics.

They don't.

Just saying that Jungle feels hotter than Semi-Arid.

Because Army has to follow Geneva conventions. Police can just treat CTs (commie terrorists) like criminals. Plus it was an insurgency (some say civil war) so technically the Army is only "assisting" the Police.

You shouldn't wear any cotton in jungle either. It get wet and never dries. Wear polyester or merino wool.

Malaysian Army teaching US soldiers how to forage for food in the jungle. We train regularly with the US Army and Marines. Our Air Force too since we have Su-30s and Mig-29s that the US wants to train against.

Who would win?

Our jungles are always wet anyway. Humidity is 100% and it rains everyday hence, rainforest. The trees actually make clouds due to transpirating so much water. You just learn to put up with it.

Almost everyone uses ripstop.

We do here.

I think same materials are suitable in your environment as in ours. Polyester and merinowool. They both dry up quickly and work in hot and cold environments. Cotton is should be avoided always, it gets wet and never dries.

US Marines training with Malaysian Rangers. Note the yellow soil. It's slipery as fuck and sticks to everything.
