Texted 3 different friends after work on Friday to see if they wanted to do anything this weekend. All of them refused or didn't reply. Spent today alone, will probably do the same thing tomorrow desu. Shame really, because the weather is really nice and it makes me feel sad to sit on the computer for most of the day.

i need to stay in london for 1 night in the first week of may, seeing a band at alexandra palace.

where's the cheapest and best hotel to stay in? the premier inn hub at brick lane seems to be the cheapest i've found.

i plan to get the train to london waterloo, see some sights in the daytime before the gig in the evening. get the underground to the hotel, drop my bag off then get the underground to alexandra palace.

is this the cheapest way of going about things? thanks for the information
