Polka is czech

Just so you know, taking Poles out for a walk in the woods was not the only talent of the Soviets, they had a pretty good education system too. Pic unrelated.

Why do slavs hate each other so much? You're like asians
That's a cool way to offend both the Russians and the Czechs.
Seriously they are calm and harmless people but they don't give a single fuck when you are trying to learn and speak their language, for that reason it's hard to learn Czech
>calls language shit
>demands information from its speakers
off to the tatarstan with you
It's not to offend just an honest opinion from someone who doesn't speak any slavic language
They all sound pretty much to same to me
fuck russians and your shit language tell me pls
I wonder this too. Russians, pls respond.
Related languages sound similar to each other? Great discovery, Pekka, better enlist into your closest university with a linguistics career path!
I only hate russians
Love others(with exception of serbs, bulgarians and belarussians)
Rude
Not the same level as germanic languages. Compare english to icelandic. Sounds completely different
Sorry, it was very rude of me, you're right.
rude
Ь shows that consonant is softened
sorry, we only let in real slavs on our secrets. racemixed horde people not welcome.
it is used to "soften" the consonant preceding it.
an example in english would be the n sound in "many" and in "no". first is considered a soft n in russian and the second a normal (hard) one.
>belarussians
Pls explain
>russians
>human
...
But there's no vowel after it. It's at the end at the word. What is there to soften?
(Bela)R*ssians are the same people
English could be almost regarded as a Latin/Germanic hybrid. Both languages you mentioned come from an island, so it's natural they became insular over time. Slavs on the other hand more or less border each other.
I think it might have to do with the time of the branch out into different languages, the later it happened, the more similar languages are.
Aziz, please. It softens the consonant, not a vowel, the next letter makes absolutely no difference.
I'm used with it, unfortunately it's one of the reason I hide my nationality everytime I visit Czechia - once people know I'm a Ukrainian, they start to look at me like I'm the worst thing in this world. I was shoked when that happened for the first time
It softens previous consonant
IT'S YOUR BLOODY ALPHABET DAMMIT
I'm a Yugoslav and I don't have a country :(
Belarussians are cool people, faggot
That's sad actually. I'm gonna shitpost about it on Sup Forums but wouldn't actually think less of a person because of it.
>Why do slavs hate each other so much?
Slavs don't really have much in common other than the language.
Not really desu, they speak Russian but genetically they are closer to Poles and Lithuanians
t. rusák na dovolený
how the heck do you soften a consonant? this is why i don't like russian.
for us it's simply like й, but ь is only used after consonants. We don't soften consonants I have no idea how that's even possible.
in conclusion russians are evil mongols
Daily reminder that Russians are just Finns speaking Russian
That's why they look mongol
>how the heck do you soften a consonant?
>л љ
>н њ
No idea what that means you underage fag
Dost velký problem týkající Ukrajinců v Česku je tohleto že většina nejsou krásné lidé, víš?
Й is a separete sound
We also have ъ. Which is supposed to harden consonant but since most of them are hard anyway it used as replacement to Й sound between prefix and base.
>conclusion russians are evil mongols
True
Well it sucks
Its the same how anglos looks at polacks
The thing is that ukranins are doing manual jobs
