Italian for two years.

Going well. Finished Rosetta Stone now doing duolingo. Reading strikes and watching Italian series on YouTube. Still get lost when the talking gets too fast and I cannot speak as fast as I would like. Not giving up though. More practice is the answer.

there are some good textbooks available

我是学身中文。这是好

I've been learning Gemran for 15 years, and I still can't understand Deutsch

;_;

I wonder what your learning methods are

6 formal years of education, starting age 12

then 9 years of Duolingo, Memrise, and translating German TV

Are you only doing 30 minutes a week or something? You should have moved off duolingo 8 years and 6 months ago and moved on to intermediate textbooks and reading basic native stuff..

I dunno, there is still stuff on Duolingo that I don't know, vocabulary, grammar

I'm trying to read German Twitter but it's really really above my level

>Bist du dumm oder faul?
Beide uezs
Und hier gibt es keine deutsche Leute, darum kann ich nicht uben.

>9 years of Duolingo
