He specifically asked what you call OP's pic in your country, and OP's pic is an M36, which is NOT a tank.
Not an SPG either
I STILL don't care
All mobile artillery pieces are SPGs but not all SPGs are mobile artillery pieces.

The M36 is categorically not an SPG unless you think strapping a shotgun to a horse is an SPG too
Quite strange when you consider that this is NZ's idea of a tank.
taistelupanssarivaununtorjuntavaunu
Panzer, short for Panzerkampfwagen, which means armoured combat car
its not an SPG its a fucking tank hunter/destroyer
german term would be jagdpanzer, a thing that hunt tanks
it has a turret
now los
전차 (means battle car) or 장갑차 (means armoured car)
We call SPGs 자주포 which actually has the same meaning as in English
German Jagdpanzers had no turrets though ;^)

oosny
>german term would be jagdpanzer, a thing that hunt tanks
No, that would be Panzerjäger (tank hunter)
Jagdpanzer is a hunt-tank, a tank which hunts (other tanks)
Char or Tank.
The M36 had a high-velocity 90mm cannon which was specifically designed to defeat the new Panther and Tiger tanks at long range, they had to take an M10 hull and design a new turret to mount the gun properly. Turrets don't disqualify a tank destroyer
See >it has a turret

In WWII our best general, Patton was a tank commander. He is largely responsible for why Italy toppled quickly once the American War Machine entered the theater
lets ask /k/
Fun fact: South Korea has more number of SPGs than in any other countries. It also has the third most number of tanks after USA and Russia.
We have made deals to export K-9 Thunder howitzers with Finland and Poland, as well as to India.
Tank-czołg (crawler)
SPG- Działo samobieżne (gun, self-moving)

they are arguing about what that thing in OP is kalled and if its an SPG or a tankhunter.
Looks like homeboy already got you covered
>from /k/
>only american flags

We call it "Panzerfahrzeug" which literally means "Fuck Belgium and France"
really make me think
>We have made deals to export K-9 Thunder howitzers with Finland and Poland
well thanks for the cannons then laddie
What else would you expect?
Wouldn't it be called an M-36 regardless of where you are from?
tanks (singular)
a tanks
It's most likely a bastardization of the English word tank since we were occupied by the British during WWII. You could say hervognur (battle wagon) or something like that to be more formal.
Tbh, we are exporting the vehicles to you, not the cannons. But we are pleased to assist you anyways
