its great, still works well without a chorus. The drums on the verse are my favorite part.
I really dig the lyrics and concept, it's optimistic but in a new way.
gorgeous vocals tbqh, i kinda imagine big roomy percussion like all of the lights on the end of sara

this goes hard bro
listening to track one, that delay/width stuff is basically another instrument.
2: you made a mistake, the drones/sine reverse thing makes it sound like something went wrong but not in the music but whatever the music is talking about
3 it's like your literally saying you have aspergers but in a good way.
4 can't tell if you distorted sounds or your using a synth, but it sounds like an ambulance
5 I already listened to this once but it's owrth another listen
6 pretty lit
7 when the modular hits though...
8 pretty good
9 seemless transition, the better version of 8 in my opinion
10 yep
11 lol the dk riff
12 is the message related to 12? I have the opposite problem: my skill isn't all there yet and I spam a lot.

Is this a band? It needs to be.
1 it's cute. wait "I hope that i'll be-ooooh" what was it that comes a little at a time? jk.
2 I really like this one it sounds familiar but you made it your own in a way
sidenote I like how the drums hit they sound good
3 "nothing really matters, love is all we neeeeedddd, everything I giiiivvveee you, allll cooomes baaaack tooo___meee" sorry, go on_
>highly relatable.
3 is that a flute? bass in pumpy in this one.
4 oh I like the breakdown
key change makes it

"active imagination"
1 yep, you're u.k.
wait do you have that one program the um, click for chords one that sounds like an organ? if so good use of it.
2 I can't tell if you're adding vinyl noise or it's just live. good use of delay, too chill for my taste sounds bgm
3 I like how you add harmonics and other waveforms as time goes on, as if a thought is being examined
4 reminds me of a grandfather clock in a good way.
7/10 just because I'm not big on ambient. but sounds like you put a lot of effort into the progression of the song and that's what makes in listenable

i like this, very mellow and sweet to the ears
>trippy, could imagine this in a shitty trap house in detriot
I mean, what else could I hope for tbqh
also your musics very emotionally driven, which i love. Some really eerie melodies too
thanks my dude, I really appreciate the feedback :)
just checked your most recent album
track ones synths are INSANE. mad props
2 definitely what you consider the album, but i do have to say i really love these constant positive synths and arps you put in :)
3 that bass you throw in
d a m n
really swell pads as well
4 interesting drum pattern, really do enjoy the bass in this one
5 this goes the fuck in
6 these sounds are a trip
7 you probably coulda cleaned the strings up a bit in some areas at the beginning but i like the glitchy bits
8 this piano is absolutely next level, probably my favorite track of the album desu
9 i really dig these pads, feel like you coulda done more with the drums this time but thats just opinion
10 that light arp and ambience in the back tripped me the FUCK out, well done :)
7/10
fucking high rec if you love ambient tones as much as i do
thx bro, appreciate it. glad you liked it, thank you very much for listening.

track 1
(O_O)___('u')
I can immediately tell I'm in for a ride
track 2
oh wait this is still track one,
track 2
I feel like I wanna reverse it, oh wait o.k. there we go, pretty groovy. the piano is mixed really well with everything else.
3:00: oh wait my groove has been abducted.
track 3
the square and the scat track.
oh now it's a sine.
slurping noises intensifies
good ending
4 "vibrate higher so you can capture the portal that connects..." somehow that bitcrushed synth is seamless into the track.is it subliminal or tribal I can't tell.
oh slow breakdown arpeggios nice.
and wow I just notched the cover art, I feel embarrassed for not noticing earlier
track 5
but wot doez it mEaN>?
was that a dolphin, oh now he's crying.
OHHHH I get it the cover is talking about a degenerate village and the child in this track is crying because his mom is a prostitute?
track 6
I still hear the child but now there is music. I like that 13 chord rare.
I can't understand germen, so.
7. good good
8. I'm on mars now, be back in a minute
really good, music so far...It's 30 tracks though I gotta listen later 7.5/10
me
nice dialog between sounds, even tho only slightly too repetitive for me, seems like you could have added a melodic layer imso
like the inclusion of unexpected rhythms
dope! favourite out of those reviewed
can't get into it, it's all right
nice sounds and textures for chill
silence followed by quasi asmr was a good call around 1:00
the harmonies get a bit repetitive imo
Mist of Hallucination:
In the second part: don't be afraid to go outside of "up and down" playing of a scale in solos, or even "pole dance" around that scale at times, such as in bebop; very vanilla.
nice vibe
like the sounds used, I find it very repetitive although I like the minimal ambient feel
maybe switch the rhythms up a bit more
soundcloud.com
Messing around with this. Biggie/Tupac acapella and some samples
really dope sounds you found here, very video gamey vibe :)
YES. dope

Tfw want to make lofi but it feels like theres no "skill" required to make this genre and also feel that its saturated and one dimensional
Give my latest track a listen and tell me what you think! It's ambient-y from the beginning, but builds up quite a bit

Thanks for the kind words, yes we are a band and we're hoping to gain some traction. :)
I saw in your bio that Track #8 had significance to you, so I checked it out first, I'm honestly not quite sure what to think. It's very strange music but the more I listen the more interesting it becomes. I think you have a lot of potential.
Thanks for the feedback, I'll take it to heart moving forward.
I checked out "Post to Pub." Your music actually sounds similar to the person I responded to above. It honestly sounds like something you could find in a video game soundtrack, super spacey and ambient, like it sounds professional overall.

Your piano work was outstanding friend, Scrimshaw was absolutely impressed. Indeed...
The minimalist undertones were quite exquisite to those of use under the influence of moderate to strong experimental hallucinogenics....

Don't ever cover Tom Waits.

(the timbre of your piano is magnificent, as well as the level of depth with such light instrumentation. It's like hearing a piano in a lucid dream)
(sick beats, and really great use of samples and textures to add dynamic variance. The flow is effortless)

Finally got the nakamura domain in Bandcamp. Currently been doing great, but feeling like shit, so I hope to be making more tracks soon.
Go further than layering presets. That's the best advice I can give you. When you make music, you want to communicate something. Using lots of presets not only makes the message you want to make inaccurate, but not appealing at all. You can obviously use samples though, and create a different message rather than the one they used to have to, but music is all about that, creating something new, with a message and purpose. Try listening to OPN's "Replica". It's a great album that showcases a great use of samples and its ideas behind might be really inspiring for you.
Good luck, I'll keep an eye for your stuff. It's really lovely to see an artist grow, just as much as watching someone giving actual good feedback on these threads, instead of like sixty percent of you fuckers.
When you mix these two, I'm inmediatly a fan.
Hello everyone. Just released a small EP. Tell me how trash it sounds:
