s-stay safe user

It was 6,7 richter scale. We might have more coming.

Also, watch out if you live in the pacific. Spread the word guys

Correction, 6,9

I HAVE NO FEAR

CHILE IS MY SHIELD~

7.1 usgs

Tsunami! Tsunami!

Hang in there Santiago/Valparaiso!

Love, California

>7 degrees
Could they just shut up and let me go back to my siesta. That's not a real earthquake

Stay safe third worlders!

Want to see a magic trick?

Open this picture in a separate tab and tap f11

iktf lads

we were having earthquakes too in this side of el cinturón de fuego. It may be your turn now.

I saw that """magick trick""" for the first time like 10 years ago but it was with Haiti

and u guys think u know about quakes...
appreciate it thou

#prayforthelittlepeople

>Literally nothing

But I do

t. Geologist

Why does based chile have to suffer the earthquakes

Send them to Argentina, they deserve a few hundred thousand deaths

What's that pay?

>being this obsessed

you seem angry, user

>7,1

our land teaches us how to persevere

lad it's always Chile's turn with earthquakes

A 7,1 here kills absolutely no one with 0 structural damage on top of that, if anything like this would happen in Argentina it would wipe them out of existence just like Haiti so don't be mean to them

Depends on what field you get a job in

Oil: make lots of money when there's a boom, wait tables when there's not

environmental: steady and you can make a decent wage if you stick with it

Govt: dunno, good luck getting in...

...

a 6.3 demolished an entre city centre here lol

...

How come? Earthquake secure buildings the likes of Japan?

More so.
Except their buildings are really short because mapuches are short and fatty.

youtube.com/watch?v=V6pxxan8bDg

and with flat ass

I think its the other way around but yeah

What would happen to the people of Oblivia?

...

sorry it was me, I went to the bathroom xD

>all the Haitians flipping the fuck out
>the source of the earthquake was Valpo

I love earthquakes

Nothing, they live in tents.

Uy mejor hacerle temblar ese culo a tu hermana

kek

I hope they flip the fuck out back to their country

what nationality were the blacks getting interviewed by Chilean tv? colombia, haiti, dominican republic?

Like 20-30 years ago my hometown was covered with ashes that came from a chilean volcano, which kind of gods do you workship there?

Lol

...

Japan buildings are shit compared to ours. They get 7+ richter quakes once every 100 years. We get a 8.5+ quake once every 60 or so years, and 7+ yearly. They got btfo by a 7 a year ago.

Cai Cai and Tren Tren.

Basically Groudon and Kyogre.

intensity isn't the only factor, it also depends on depth
t. earthquake expert from earthquake land

local news here in CA will talk about this earthquake and then have a segment on how we're way overdue for a big one

I know, but the arguments still stands. Our buildings need to be strong because we get strong earthquakes much more frequently, compared to other "seismic" countries like Japan.

there was an earthquake here as well if you can believe it, odd really, magnitude ~3, moderately worrisome

I hope california gets such a quake that it basically turns the south into atlantis

sm.h nigga have you never heard of tsunamis?

Earthquakes builds character

t.pacific rim resident

>pero la mayoria de sus epicentros son lejos de ciudad
Históricamente son en el mar, es cierto. Pero los epicentros no son predecibles. Han habido terremotos bajo ciudad (el del 60 fue en Lumaco, muy cerca de Temuco y Concepción, bajo la parte continental)

earthquakes are a pain in the ass kys
t. pacific rim resident

A little bit of shaking is fine.

As long as you stay away from the beach

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Soil_liquefaction

fuck up they destroy cities

I'm thousands of feet above sea level, small island problems don't concern me

You legitimately hate earthquakes. Was 2011 a rough time for you?

a lot of people died friendo, everyone in Christchurch is at least remotely connected to someone who died

>living in christchurch unironically
LMAO

...

...

go proxyfag somewhere else

Nothing here

There is nothing wrong with living in Christchurch

That looks pretty comfy desu

That looks a lot like a place near my hometown.
Probably gets more rain though.
