These two albums are grunge in it's purest, most raw form, and essentially what started the Seattle grunge scene, both in 1989.

Ooooooojhhhhhhhnnpoooohhhhooojhhoohhhhhhhhoohhhh

I wanna' FUCK Fuck you!

I'm listening to Bleach right now user.

I can't decide if it's my favourite Nirvana or if I prefer their unplugged in NY album.

dont ya dont ya wanna THRILL MEH

one of my top three soundgarden tracks desu

This was '88 and grungier than either

Which isn't to say I dislike both in OP by the way, their my other 2 favourite Grunge bands and their 2 most underrated albums

Fuck man Bleach all the way. Everything by Nirvana is gold, but they never went back to that original, raw Bleach sound. It's just so fucking dirty and grimey. They came close with Incesticide but. Just not the same

TOUCH ME IM SICK

It's so weird how all these bands collectively came up with the grunge sound all at the same time so rapidly. Like how the fuck did that happen? It seems like they were trying to revive punk and created a whole new sound within itself.

Always felt like this song belongs in Bleach

>not Blood Red Rive
>not the Birthday Party
Seattle stole grunge from Aus.

Hell, apparently that term came from here. Fuck off with your shitty Cowboy punk.

>Not Badmotorfinger

Checkmate atheists

desu Aussie Grunge is underrated as hell
Only an Aussie band would have got away with this:

dare i say, someone else recognizes LTL is the best soundgarden album?

Get out of here with that shitty wanna-be 80s alt

typical aussie shitposting

Grunge started in 1986, good examples though. I agree for the most part, just add a few

clairvoyance is a solid album desu, was listening to it just the other day

Ehh Melvins are more sludge metal in my opinion, but are the godfathers of grunge no doubt.

perfection

I'm also kind of torn by their following album Screaming Life/Fopp
The opening song to the album makes me wanna overdose on heroin

Thats an EP comp, not an album

oh well EXCUUUUUSE ME
