I recognize a lot of you from the Soundcloud thread.

I love me some synthwave, this is really nice, I gave you a follow on Soundcloud.

This is good, you should should work with this style if you want to.

Shilling my Spotify: open.spotify.com/album/37gIpFwe1CnMPCcidVkkFR

Wow, this is some of the best music I've heard on this site. The production isn't the best, but the performances and arrangements really make up for it. I especially liked the John Dowland cover at the end. Keep it up.

I do return feedback when given, also be hanging around from time to time.

Some quite interesting production on this, really suits the sound you are going for, love those glitchy beats and the synths are creative as fuck.

Sick psychedelia, quite hypnotising and some great guitar work.

Nice flow dude, beats are pretty sweet and I like the use of those Star Wars samples, fit really well.

Really liked the intimate acoustic songs, some really fantastic guitar stuff. Lots of variance and creativity on your album, great job.

Recs:
massive rec

Listen to these guys, they're fantastic.

Thanks for the rec too.

Thanks man, it means a lot. I only have a $20 usb mic so it's quite difficult to get something good out of it, this is the best i could do. the production i find really annoying to do because i use headphones. then when i play it on speakers it sounds completely different so it's hard to find a compromise.

Currently debating wether i should get the Zoom H1 with my last money haha.

>I especially liked the John Dowland cover
thank you. i wish i would've recorded it better but it does tell in what state of mind i was in when i recorded it (heartbreak). i was also in a rush for some reason. When i'll learn the frog gailiard i'll probably rerecord it.

>Really liked the intimate acoustic songs
Thank you, expect more intimate stuff soon haha

A bit off topic, but how does one go about put their music on spotify & apple music?

Like the whole process, is what I'm asking.

putting...

what is RouteNote and similar services of such nature?

I'm I just sucked it up and dropped the $20 for Distrokid. It might not be free, but its $20 for a whole year and they literally put it everywhere, like I can find myself on 200+ services.

I figured fuck it, even if I only make $2 a month it'll pay for itself in a year.

Keep in mind you're not going to see any revenue for a good 2-3 months from streaming services.

hmm.. so it's that easy?
that's actually interesting.

No, yeah I'd figure as much for any sort of return in profit; takes time.

I'm in it for the long haul.

btw I'm

Also, no wonder no one's here if the thread doesn't get bumped, we're only at 30 replies

>Were you sitting here for hours waiting for me to reply?
no you idiot, why would I refer to myself in third person? pathetic, absolutely pathetic

Then I think you got it wrong, there are 2 trolls in the thread

oh, I know. but you're giving yourself too much credit. your garbage noise is an example of shitty trolling, not a good one.

baby driver made me listen to connor leary's albums back to back. also I'm spending more time moving and trying to turn HIMYM episodes into surreal nightmares, but I didn't want to release more music too soon anyways so that works

Biggest recs:
great when he quality controls

hadn't listened to this yet. this is real solid stuff, it feels more nu-metal than industrial at times but reels me back in. like the submerged solo in nitocris. going to DL and listen to the whole shebang. reminds me of mass effect for some reason

still diggin this a good bit

Gimmicky and unfunny. There is nothing remarkable in it, you try to be celebrated as some kind of dadaist memelord, but even that requires some kind of effort and creativity. You're doing your best to make sure your music lacks it all, and that is the problem here.

Solid 4/10 here

this exact comment has appeared on dude's stuff before, pretty sure it's just dude's weird way of drawing attention to it
