This is so fucking boring and pretentious. What exactly is good about this?

This is so fucking boring and pretentious. What exactly is good about this?

I don't know, I've never listened to it.

Not much

f#a# is way better

It gives you Sup Forums creed

don't listen to it, you don't deserve it

Storm and Static are good
Sleep and Antennas are boring and pretentious

The first few times i listened to this album, everything sounded very impressive and i had chills everytime.

Now its just boring, i cant bother to listen to this again, crawling through the endless ambient drone transition sections to get to the same old Crescendos and climaxes that dont strike me nearly as hard as they striked before in the past.

Is that picture you IRL?

Baby´s first prog album

>being this much deluded by a mediocre prog rock album

Sleep used to be my fav and then static became my fav. Love em all honestly.

its called diminishing returns

>prooooooooooooooooooooggggggggggggggggg

This is the worst thread of 2017, my god.

THE GOD MAN

You clearly have no comprehension of music. Youre no better than an edmbro or poptimist.
Ill give you that F# is better. God that album is incredible

i have a poster of this in my bedroom am i a pretentious fuck?

>You clearly have no comprehension of music
>yet shills G!YBE

is this b8?

This. All the way. The best words, I couldn´t describe it any better.

Can you fucking faggots stop trying to meme good music and go back to the Kendrick and Grimes threads? Thanks.

>implying is good

magnolia by playboi carti>godspeed's entire discography

my friends who actually know instruments tell me its very technically impressive.

personaly i dont really care for most post-rock (when im on mushrooms i love it for some reason) but the spoken word intos are always something i really dig

>they don't sleep anymore on the beach

>post rock isn't prog rock

Like I said, be a pleb and shitpost somewhere else.

It's relaxing and weird. If you can't dig that I don't blame you. I didn't like it my first listen but then I liked it the second it's an album for a very specific feel.

If you unironically like this album, you are the pleb, why can't you get it through your thick empty skull?

...

>prog

The word "pretentious" to describe music is misused 99% of the time.

Can you explain how enjoying this album translates to being a pleb, without being a walking meme? Or are you actually just a 12 year old white kid with a bowl cut who can't get enough of the latest Tyler the Creator album? Fuck off.
