Baths - Obsidian

no opinion, OP

It's literally just the audio of the film put to cassette. If anyone can link me some music similar to the theme of the movie I would be very happy.

Ween - Tried And True

I've been listening to Quebec over and over while on a roadtrip.

fullmoon - ryuichi sakamoto

Pianos Become the Teeth - Old Pride.

This is my favorite song off the album. A little bit of Post-Hardcore and Screamo to cap off the night.

No opinion, haven't heard them. They're a metal band, right?

Isn't that the religious film, with the girl slitting her eye open? Maybe Set Fire to Flames would fit? I don't know, it's been awhile since I've seen clips from that film.

>Ween
For whatever reason, I do NOT like Prog, despite really liking a lot of Post-Rock. Idk, Prog feels really over produced and kinda campy. Is Ween any better?

No opinions, never heard it

avey tare - melody unfair

good choice

Ground Zero- Null&Void.
TImber Timbre is so hammy and fun. Love them.
One of the best albums of the year so far.

I dont get out much

nowhere close haha, electric downtempo/chillwave

Ahhh shit, my bad. I got Baths mixed up with Bathory.

Should I into Baths? I've only listened to Aminals and I liked it.

Is this the one with ocean death?

I enjoy tool but I can't like this album. It's too generic alt metal.

lel

Nice album. Also yes, baths is besth.

This is actually my 2nd listen.
The first time I listened to it was almost 2 years ago.

Never heard any of these to be honest.

oh you know that typical shitty kanye shit

moose core

one of my favorite films
some dark ambient would fit

love that album but r plus is better

(n)

listening to faith & 17 seconds for the first time in a long time, never realized before how true of post-punk albums they are

Not even try to meme here.

only good kanye album imo
visceral as fuck. also don't see this on Sup Forums all too often

havent heard it but baths puts on a hell of a live show
good

that's all i know

I didn't think the samples would be that much better on LR compared to the CD, but my god, the ensembles and massive sound of this album has honeslty blown me away

spook

nice

double nice

listening to this, don't like the vocals but the music is phenomenal

From the PATD Pretty Odd thread.

I like it.

Decent choice. Enjoyed the movie myself.

A favorably mixed bag.

One of my favorite bands; one of their worst recordings.

OPN has gone downhill throughout the 10's.

Never listened to these.

Will listen to this one eventually.

Winding down in the wee hours of night.
Comfy, trying to get sleepy for bed, no dice so far.

Don't die yet

This guy again

Listening to this now.
Also a re-listen.

Despite their covers and genre, both were randomly chosen

...

listened to all 59:54 minutes of that album
sounded like the underwater level in super mario

I'm listening to spaces which you once called home by furlough

youtube.com/watch?v=uSodCuo73ig

youtube.com/watch?v=eGigt6kIcqs

Thoughts on both?

...

Listening to this now.
First listen

I like Garden of delete, and think its a very interesting album in terms of content.
It gives a very visceral feel.
But, there's maybe only two songs that I can listen to out of context of the album.
So, unless I want to listen to the full thing, I won't be hearing it much.
It's very much a headphones album.

Meanwhile, I love Cross. I don't love every song, but I love enough of them that for me, it's an essential album.
Nearly every song I listen to regularly, especially when driving.
My only complaint, if I can have one I suppose, is the middle of the album is the weakest, Valentine is above average, but not as good as the rest of the songs, and Thhhheeee Partyyyyy has a good backing track, but as everyone mostly agree's, the singing is not very good.

Nokturnal Mortum - Song of the Snowstorm
