I was hearing the radio in the car when this song popped up.
Now, I know it is obviously japanese. Sadly I have not enough japanese skills to figure out the name of the song via google. So, I thought you might be able to help me.

The voice sounds vaguely like it could be Cornelius, but that's just a wild guess. You could try listening to some of his music to figure out if the voice sounds familiar (since you heard the song clearly).
