Their city skylines look pretty impressive. I'd say 1st world. Maybe if you zoom in you will see a different picture but still. There are a lot of rich people in Brazil and their ocean side condos look very cool.

The Brazilian truck drivers at my work are probably the coolest ethnic group overall. Very friendly and great sense of humour. They're mostly white Brazilians though, only a couple dark ones but they're cool too.
