I feel like shit constantly and I think I should just kms. thoughts? i try to work out but i always get super dizzy and throw up. its like i'm always sick so i avoid it. help. i really hate being like this so is there any tips besides eat healthy work out. thanks

Just walk then, regularly and for long periods of time. Also don't need to eat healthy per se, just eat less

Don't feel sad. You are still very young. Remember that change takes time, it doesn't happen over night.

Take it slowly. Start counting your calories, start exercising (walking if you get dizzy) build up your strength. Cut off junk food and snacks.

If you do these things, you will see results. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen.

Dont be sad :) just improve yourself.

Almost forgot I reccomend buying a george foreman grill for chicken and fish (you can even find them at goodwills)

I would suggest swimming. Just moving around in water can burn fat

Okay, let's do basics.
Weight loss occurs in the context of a calorie deficit. Fasting with mild exercise (walking) would do the trick. However that is uncomfortable and unsustainable. So how do you bring down the calories your food provides under the expenditure of your body?

Eating calorie dilute foods.
I have done this and lost a considerable (actually too high) amount of weight.
Cut out foods most high in fat. Not because fat is generally bad, but because it provides lots of energy. No oils, no cheese, etc.

What should you eat? Vegetables. Plants. As much as you can. These foods are high in fiber and water. Thereby high in volume and weight, making you feel full, while providing very little energy.
This will allow you to bring down your consumed calories without feeling hungry all the time.

Also never drink soda, juices or anything other than water and tea. Your body does not account for calories in drinks well, therefore they contribute significantly to weight gain.

Side facts for tea lovers. If you care about health, green, white and hibiscus tea are the healthiest beverages on the planet besides water. Hot brewing destroys some antioxidant power, ideally you just use warm tap water and leave the bags in for longer.

Most effective ways to lose weight but more importantly body fat, starting from the most effective ones:
water fasting
alternate day ketogenic fasting
OMAD (one meal a day) keto
intermittent fasting with keto
keto plus burning more calories than consumed (CICO/calories in calories out)
and so on
Combine any of these methods with exercise to make them extra effective
If you want to water fast check out r/fasting to make sure you do it safely
