the way you see law is outdated, law was like you describe until the nuremberg trials, nazis went to trials sure they would be absolved since those same nazis wrote the laws of germany for the time the crimes were commited and they way they acted was according to the laws at that time but during and after the nuremberg trials the concept of law changed, it was not longer a compilation of precepts only but it became a compilation of precepts based on values and human rights
Soon after the U.S. Marines landed, all the women of a village on Motobu Peninsula fell into the hands of American soldiers. At the time, there were only women, children, and old people in the village, as all the young men had been mobilized for the war. Soon after landing, the Marines "mopped up" the entire village, but found no signs of Japanese forces. Taking advantage of the situation, they started "hunting for women" in broad daylight, and women who were hiding in the village or nearby air raid shelters were dragged out one after another
>his criticism That's not criticism. What he really meant was 'I don't have a degree but I'm as good as those who do because I read a lot.' I was implying that the opinions and ideas that he posts here are biased. That is probably because he's not used to present his thoughts to other people and get challenged.
遅ればせながら、乙 however, it looks like she got suntanned well. I wonder how long she took a sunbath on the beach.

I know what this sentence is supposed to mean but the grammar seems weird to me. I've seen adverbs come before は before but I'm not sure why it's allowed, and I've never seen any grammar entries about that type of grammar (adverb + は + verb). Can someone explain the meaning of this grammar or point me to any sources that explain it?
If it's any consolation there are a lot of people who are feeling the same way every day all over the world.

>why only Japan? I'm 25. My life is almost 50% complete. I'm done procrastinating this shit. I knew I wanted to go Japan at 18, I know i'll still want to at 32. The time is now to research this shit, time to stop wasting my life considering dissenting options. Thanks though. I appreciate your input
I really do have to go but i'll check by every now and then. Peace.

unfortunately, I have no idea. However, why do you have to contact Japanese gay people instead of straight ones just to learn Japanese?

I am gay and i feel like they would teach me better since im attractive.
I see. I've often heard there are many gay people in 2-choume, Shinjuku (新宿2丁目). if you want to meet them face to face, I recommend that you should go there.
