Asian Australians are 12% of the population, (~20% in Melbourne and Sydney).
Indigenous Australians are 3% of the population.
There are 500,000 Arab Australians, so about 2.1% of the population.
African Australians are 1.6% of the population.
So all up, it's around 18.7% non-white, assuming European means white.
