Yes, you do. At least the first ten minutes, on the ship.

watch the opening scene then read the synopsis on wiki

No OP, don't listen to this guys. The gore is really just over the top and unnecessary.

the last scene is pure kino

here you go OP

no

...

wait
is the ship a ghost or is the ship full of ghosts

i was never clear about that

i have a thing for these dogshit mid-to-late 90s/early 2000s horror films
they're all so terrible and worthless but there's something so comfy about them
i can't quite explain it, but there it is

alright i finished watching it
i understand why beck hasn't been given work since

The House on Haunted Hill remake is the ultimate dogshit, yet comfy late 90s horror movie.

Absolutely. Gotta jam to that Mudvayne song man!

i will rewatch that any day of the week. still get hyped by the manson cover at the beginning

Not great, but watchable. You should at least watch a clip of the opening scene. A support cable on the ship snaps and tears through a crowd cutting everybody into pieces. Good stuff.

yea. that was worth it. fucking lel.

You should watch Virus

>cut in half at the waist
>everyone still has hands and forearms

what were everyone's hands over their heads at that very moment?

>everyone still has forearms
>his elbows go to his hips
I hate to be the one to break this to you but you have more neanderthal than homo sapien DNA

this as well.

Someone should make a "Enjoyable-Shitty-Early-2000s-Horror-Movies-Core" chart

Deep Rising

That is a really fucking clever scene.

I just found out the name of made for tv movie I saw a long time ago. Creature had a shark monster in it

The Relic, Species 1 and 2

Despite following movies my whole life, I have no recollection of Virus existing despite it being a big 75 million dollar flick. It must've had no advertising and left theaters after its opening week. I only discovered it like 2 years ago and enjoyed it.

I saw it in theatres when I was a kid

What these have in common is that they have great settings.
>Ghost ship
>Abandoned asylum
>Caves and underground lakes

One can almost make the film as shitty as possible, because the amusement ride that is the settings, makes up for it.

High five. Deep Rising is a god-tier B movie. I can't recommend it enough.

13 Ghosts remake, The Haunting remake

The only thing I remember about that movie is when that guy head gets chopped off

Ghosts of Mars, The house of the Dead adaptation

all the Wishmaster movies, the Faculty

I've always held the opinion that The Relic would have been a big hit if it had a bigger name as the lead instead of Tom Sizemore. It's very entertaining.

I agree haha only the first 19 or so minutes of the movie are worth it

i can literally never eat short rice again 2bh

I liked the ant monster from the Bone Snatcher

Nice, it's on Netflix.

i liked the movie. worth the watch, user

fuck, wast just going to suggest that, i didnt think many others had seen that. My local rental place had a back room that was filled with horror stuff, i miss watching all those 2000s horrors

also, The Ruins.

this fucking piece of shit gave me nightmare when I was 8

>ghost ship
> I was 8
the reason this site is shit

they were all dancing, so yes

Watch Death Ship instead.

It came out 14 years ago dude

>Stir of Echoes
>Final Destination 2
>Deep Blue Sea
>Cut Throat Island
>White Squall

Loved that movie.

Me too man, me too.

Absolute fucking plebs
The very last scene is great too

One of the best horror movie openings ever, but then it goes meh. At least it has this qt.
