My local hippie store sells this and it's incredible. The cream separates and rises to the top, and it's like drinking whipping cream. Then the rest of the milk is delicious too, but the only downside is it goes south much faster than normal milk so you have to drink it all really fast.

sterilized milk. It has been boiled instead of heated which is known as pasturizing. By boiling you kill off most bacterias but also the good stuff in it. Over here sterile milk is only for camping etc or polish people, people buy the fresh stuff here mostly.
