Looking at Wally World. 1 Maruchan bag of Ramen is 3oz. A 24 pack works out to about 4.5 pounds. The cheapest 1lb bag of spaghetti I could find is 98 cents. It's only slightly cheaper.

Nutrition is overrated.

As long-life cheapskate food, (store brand low salt & sugar variety) baked beans are the British go to. Unlike ramen it has much lower carbs and higher protein & fibre content. Though admittedly, this is assuming you are eating for sustenance, not for pleasure.
