>Beta blockers prevent your heart from beating too fast and cause vasodilation, in laments terms they can cause your blood vessels to dilate too much and drop your blood pressure too much and make you pass out and possibly die, very bad situation to be in.
Every pill has a side effect that may cause you to die or some shit like that. Beta blockers wouldn't kill anyone healthy and young. I didn't take it without reading first. Beta blockers prevent the binding of adrenaline that makes you pump blood faster/harder and some other stuff, that doens't mean that your heart can't beat to make you live without adrenaline. I had an ECG 2 years ago, no problems, blood work is fine too.
>how much caffeine do you generally drink in a day?
Maybe 4 cups of tea, not that much in comparison to people who drink so much coffee and sugary drinks, I drink water/tea only. Im gonna cut it down and see whats up.
>Consider halfing that amount and working on not worrying so much about trivial things and letting yourself get caught up in good things like women (or men lol) and remembering to live in the present, don't waste your life struggling for the future when the future is no guarantee, or you finally make it and you're old.
I had those issues 2 years ago and I got over them, I'm actually enjoying life and don't get caught too much thinking about this, it comes mostly at night when I'm relaxed, specially after eating, I lost sleep a few times already. Its impossible to ignore if I'm not super tired.
And do I need to state this again? IM NOT STRESSED, this is the only thing stressing me. My heart rate and BP are normal which would rise if I was anxious.
>also if you call 911, and have the medics check you out, you can ALWAYS refuse transport,
Uhh I didn't know this but seems like an asshole move, might try it if I get too desperate.
Thanks for the words user I'm just lazy after work and don't feel like exercising, but I'm still at a healthy weight at least
