Ukrainebros.
I'm about to plan a trip to Kiev and would like to visit Chernobyl as well. How should I visit Chernobyl? I've heard that the "official" tourist sites that schedule trips into the Exclusion Zone are overpriced and don't show everything. Are there any lesser known tour groups that are perhaps a bit less caring of the rules, so I could get the full experience?

i assume that you speak Russian like half of Estonians do
if so, that's beyong easy: just pay the security guy on KPP and he'd let you in (at least I've seen many people's stories where they said it works every time)

Complete bullshit judging by MШ videos

aren't КПП guys corrupt as fuck?

seems no one wants to check, especially when you can enter zone across the forests

I was there in 2014.
Hired a tour guide I found online, he met me at the airport.
Nice guy, legit or not. Three days, 9 hours in total.
The place is freaking amazing, he took me everywhere and spoke perfect English.
Wasn't that expensive, something like 250 Euro for everything.
10/10 place to visit of you like strange things.
Seeing the rad meter tick away and all the natural destruction is cool as hell.

Where'd you find him? Quite interested in this guide.

Asked around on Facebook and some travel sites, a bunch of people gave me a link to his site and I e-mailed him.
Don't remember the sites name though.

O. Sirota tours, I suppose
