the thing about silent hill (the game) is that it's overwrought trash that the wapanese and unintelligent worship
so if you piss them off you know you've made a decent scary movie

The art direction and costumes are great, but the script's terrible.

Actually, keeping in mind that 90% of fa/tv/irgins don't even fully pay attention to movies and just play them in the background while browding Sup Forums, it makes sense they would overrate this crap.

Visually it's pretty great and it's nice to see a live action Silent Hill and peopke seem to be obsessing over the actress and he works
