Is it because they all know California is the best state?
That's a Sup Forums meme. IRL California is considered a tourist destination/the backbone of our economy.
it's a meme at this point, and because the rest of the country seem to believe that San Fran and LA represent all of California when only around 12% of our population live in either. Also lots of cherrypicking, particularly from dumb sjw's making fools of themselves. I have lived in the bay area for 13 years and I have never even seen a braindead feminist dyke or a numale cuck, besides one teacher I had for an english class. I see lots of unironically racist people all the time though. Last one was an old man screaming at POOs in the lightrail, telling them that they needed to go back and that Trump was going to take away their visas.
bump
Because it's full of PC robots
Florida is better than California
Politics. Most states are conservative and cali is generally more liberal.

Good stay out of here and I'll stay away from Texas.
>best tech centre
The bay is overpriced, with real estate being the prime factor. Even tech workers can barely afford to live there (much less service workers), which is driving tech to cheaper places like Washington state and Texas. All that really remains in California is social media and mobileapp shit, which is like having pancreatic cancer.
>best film and televison
Hollywood is literal trash and the source of nearly every stereotype foreigners hate of Americans (except for inbred Southerner stereotype).

abcnews.go.com
Not in the top 10 states for either men or women, although it does have the #2 city. Overall that says more about Santa Monica than the rest of CA.

"France would be wonderful if not for the French who live there"
Speaking of France, I have no clue why you chucklefucks have Paris syndrome over the state. If you visited it you'd quickly realize you're knee deep in dumb and vain spics and your pretty little mental model would be shattered.
>everybody not from California is a Texan
I am absolutely baffled by how dumb you people are.
What crawled up your ass when you were asleep?
It's for spics and American liberals
carpet bomb berkeley and SF and honestly i'd be alright with the state (neither good nor bad)
Send a letter to lemoore NAS.
The only Americans I've met and genuinely despised were californian. Some dopey bespectacled wankstain that couldn't decide whether he wanted me to check my white privilege or apologize on behalf of America to the Irish race and baldy headed cunt that couldn't get over how intelligent she was for pointing out alcohol and caffeine were drugs. Smelly fucking hippies I'd bet they'd burn alive like vampires if I told them I was catholic
Fantastic post
Most of those posting under the US flag on Sup Forums, are self-hating whites and millennial progressives of the following type:
They desire the transformation of the United States into a non-white country, and are actively leading the charge to turn it more diverse and multicultural, while marginalizing the white males and reducing their social and economic power. Many of them are members of Antifa, and all of them fully support the protests taking place on college campuses, where they take their liberal arts degrees.
Every American aged 20-35 living in an urban area, can be considered a progressive. They consider California to be their ideological homeland
California is normie central. Not surprised Sup Forums shut-ins hate them.
Whenever a Californian visits some other part of the country, they are physically incapable of going more than five minutes without talking about how they're from CALIFORNIA and everything so much better in CALIFORNIA and you really should visit CALIFORNIA sometime so you can see how it's properly done. If you ever do try whatever it is they're hyping up, you'll quckly see that it's completely unremarkable or at best just slightly above the lowest common denominator, like their obsession with In N Out.
I have never hated them despite being Texan. I just think San Francisco has become wierd.
50s Cali was possibly the summit of civilisation in my opinion
Wouldn't touch 2017 Cali with a bargepole though
...
>tfw born a poorfag autist in a rich normie state
I hate it here
Californians tend to be so far up their own asses that they look down on every other place that isn't NYC and maybe Seattle. I've been in Berkeley for a few years and I have to disagree with this guy The Bay Area has plenty of the sjw types that Sup Forums types would hate. LA and SF can be really obnoxious. Outside of the coastal cities there is incredible nature that people forget in their hate for the obnoxious people. Yosemite and the Sierra Nevadas are world class and the northern coast's Redwoods are uniquely beautiful. I grew up in a 500 person town in the mountains and we hated the people that non-Californians think of as Californians. I fully understand why other Americans hate us.
Tremendous post
Success breeds jealousy.
If it isn't me n eds pizza it isn't real pizza
basically this
Cali is somewhere i wanna visit one day
I was born in Santa Monica and have absolutely no regrets about moving away. Fuck California.
Wait was this near San Jose? Something similar happened here and the female pajeet just sat there doing nothing, after a while of nonstop racial hurls a black dude lost it and decked the white guy. Pajeet started crying because she thought they'd deport her of she said anything back.
Lol white flight.
Come home white man.
SoCal is cancer
Something I never understood is why people think Californians are up their own ass when it is Texans and Dixiefags who won't shut the fuck up about themselves and how glorious they are. It is the same with looking down on other people. I see far more of Dixiefags looking down on Californians (and pretty much everybody) than the other way around.
I have experienced the opposite, the second people catch a whiff of me being Californian they start berating me for every policy California has ever had, regardless of if it was a good policy or not. Not to mention the endless bitching about Mexicans, and bitching about Hollywood vices like any one of us has anything to do with it. people talking up California are probably just getting defensive from Americans being cunts.
>born in CA
>stationed in TN during army years
>now live in CO
>when people ask where I'm from
>always answer TN
>CA is cancer now
>How come Americans hate California so much?
It's really just conservatives. Their ideology relies on having an enemy to fixate on both internal and external whether it's Mexicans, Muslims, or Russians except when they decided Russia wasn't the enemy when Trump told them so (we were never at war with Eurasia). California is the supposed internal corruptor.
>inb4. STRAIGHT WHITE MALE
White people hate is very fringe. I know multiple people who are ass deep in liberal colleges I have never gotten that impression. Much of what we know to be SJW, is stuff conservatives fluffed up to push the internal corruptor narrative.
kek
When I visited Ohio people would ask where I was from and when I told them California they would get apologetic as fuck.
People out there were way nicer though.
Also the biggest egos are from Boston imo.
I just hate the gun laws and taxes.
Otherwise it's a pretty cool place overall.
The idea is good, but the people make it terrible. It's like NYC now: lots of people living there who aren't from there, diluting the original culture and making it too expensive to live in.
Plastic people with too much money and not enough sense.
>I just hate civilisation
Ebin. Why not fuck off entirely off grid if you are going to be such a braindead Neanderthal? Oh, that's right: you happily take the benefits of the system but hate the responsibility. A legitimate fucking manchild. No wonder your president is a paranoid narcissistic, illiterate clown: he represents so much of what makes Americans, American.
Because California is a liberal shithole.
I live in California and don't really understand the hatred, either. Only things I would complain about is the heat and the cost of living.
What do the moonbeams represent? Also, I can't help but chuckle a little reading a Canadian post like this.
But I do live in the middle of nowhere....
A town of 5,000 the only public service I use is roads and still enjoy a 30% income tax rate.
Liberals made this state so cancerous jesus christ.
Lunacy
>the only public service I use is roads
bullshit
yeah, but it wasn't a female Pajeet. It was a group of POO's at the lightrail. The guy started mouthing off at them and they ignored him. Then he turned his attention to a group of mexicans that walked in and they almost beat him up. He timed his insults exactly in order to get out the second the lightrail stopped. It was pretty impressive. I've seen a lot of racist people around San Jose. Don't know why, since it's pretty close to San Francisco, which is a "liberal wonderland".
>lots of people living there who aren't from there, diluting the original culture and making it too expensive to live in.
This. Absolutely this. People are always complaining about Californians coming into their states but we have been having to deal with rich foreigners for decades. Actual Californians being pushed to the sidelines in favor of out of state people has always been the background radiation to our cities. I wish there were some way to reassert the culture of California away from mass media and outside money.
Don't listen to him hes being a jackass. What town do you live in, if you don't mind me asking?
>Takes the Aztlan thing seriously.
Is this guy a complete dolt?
>I've seen a lot of racist people around San Jose. Don't know why, since it's pretty close to San Francisco, which is a "liberal wonderland".
Probably because they are bitter about having to live in San Jose.
I live in El Dorado county.
Every once in a while I have to head to Sacramento to take care of some stuff but I really do live out in the sierras and there's barely anyone around.
It's just a drive to get anywhere but the peace and quiet is unbeatable.
>beautiful people
They are mostly Mexican. If you find them beautiful, alright.
>diverse climate
It's dry af, the nature is mostly shitty desert. USA has god great places far better than California.
They "hate" it because there are lots of rich people, many rich immirgants from Europe and other places who have great success, they are also more liberal and gun nerds hate it for slightly stricter laws on guns that normal people never need (i.e. literal military equipment like automatic rifles). So not many people really hate California in US of A. It is a local meme.
I guess, but San Jose isn't really that bad, unless you count the east side and some areas of downtown. Still, I can't wait to graduate to go back to SoCal. But who knows, if I get a good job around here I would stay.
>Hollywood is literal trash and the source of nearly every stereotype foreigners hate of Americans (except for inbred Southerner stereotype).
>inbred Southerner stereotype
that also comes from Hollywoo
>It's dry af, the nature is mostly shitty desert
hmmmmm
California has no water. No real forrests in the south. It looks like some stan really. I've seen many movies, I am an expert.
>diluting the original culture
you ain't neva tried pizza unless you tried nuu yook pizza
It's correct to some extent. On one hand, people incorrectly deem Greater Los Angeles to be a desert when it is more of a Mediterranean/Savannah/Semi-Arid environment and not a true desert. It can actually get pretty green sometimes. On the other hand people use it as if it has infinite water. People consider it as drier than it truly is but treat it as wetter than it truly is.
Though we still have some big ass deserts on the southeastern part of the state.
That's cool. I have always considered moving up to some rural part of the north especially in the sierra nevadas or the redwoods, but then I get too sentimental for the Inland Empire even though its mostly a shithole since I was raised there.
I like Americans like you who give informative answers. My post was bait.
