Probably. Seasons would only be 10 episodes long so there wouldn't be an additional 8 episodes of filler that bogs the whole season down. They'd probably score more talented actors who can actually emote, too.

In the comic, he was so one dimensional with an overt "look how fucked up I can be to people. Super scary." I thought the Jim Jones personality with a secret "look how fucked up I can be to people" was a much better addition. His development was great in the show. In the comic, I remember it being nonexistent.
