Get a job

>get a job
>too tired and depressed to watch anything
>already enormous backlog is getting bigger and bigger

I have reached a point where I feel no joy in anything anymore

do you know that feel?

>have massive backlog
>getting bored of tv lately and more into books

television wants too much I don't have the time any more.

most of us neets are too depressed and tired all the time to do anything either. at least you have a job. idk how i'll ever get a job and adapt to that lifestyle. i really do not know. i don't know how to socialize anymore either. at all.

>adapt to that lifestyle
it's fucking horrible I can tell you

Welcome to real life

you get what all slaves deserve

...

Same boat. Been on my own since moving out of my parents. Worked for a while. Hated it. Hated everyone who worked alongside me because everyone is an asshole trying to climb the company ladder. Ended up going sick and disabled. Fell off the ladder of life altogether. Now I just sit at home watching my life go down the drain. I suffer from GAD, depression, a genetic skin condition, IBS, kidney stones and generally feel like shit most days. I am too much of a coward to off myself though. I still get some pleasure from movies and TV (if they are good). Sex is off the cards and I just fap to the weird shit anyhow. Some day the social will catch up with me and force me into some slave labor and then I will probably end it all. I lost the game of life.

...

>working a job i like
>still have time to watch all the things i want to

>get a second part time job on top of my full time wage slave job
>working 65+ hour weeks
>literally work->work->sleep->work at all random hours 6 or 7 days a week
>no time for television and film anymore

Livin' the dream.

>day has 24 hours

>at least 8 hours at work
>8 hours to sleep
>less than 8 hours for EVERYTHING ELSE

now imagine you have a gf, kids, hobbies etc.

what the fuck is wrong with this world? why are we doing this to ourselves?

What's GAD?

>neet
>spent the last 4 hours trying to decide what to watch
>huge backlog but just can't make a decision

The only way for me to not spend days like this is to watch a new show, then I'm relatively okay for as long as I have episodes to watch, but between two shows I spend weeks just sort of existing, shitposting here. I don't know why I can get into tv shows relatively easily but picking a movie to watch is some huge challenge

generalized anxiety disorder

yes

WHAT IS MIKE SUCKERBURG GOING TO DO ABOUT OUR MISERY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

>can't decide which one should I watch first
>just sit here and shitpost
every fucking time. I have a few films on my HDD which are a few years old. it's unbelievable

I used to be the same then I started a more physically demanding job and I've been able to enjoy movies much more often. ANd I've lost weight because the job is so physical. Get busier and things will get easier.

no, more like
>too tired and depressed to get a job
>so i watch anything

who the fuck cares about your backlog of life-minutes wasted on purpose

youre face is sagging tho
i dont want that happening to me
so i wont listen to what you say

Thats not me I just thought it was a funny pic

This.

If you don't have a physically demanding job, exercise regardless. It will make you tired when you're supposed to be tired, sleep more soundly and not toss and turn in the middle of the night and wake up more feeling more refreshed as a result.

And if I may offer some more advice to any anons listening: learn to cook for yourself. You don't need to be particularly good at it, but as a skill it is great to have.

Cooking for yourself is healthier (generally), focuses your mind on improving a skill and impresses females.

Life goes quickly but you should still make time to enjoy yourself, and those times that do let you enjoy yourself will be all the more special and relaxing.

This.

The age of automation can't come soon enough.

wagies need to fucking die already

Everyone has a backlog that just keeps growing and growing no matter how much you watch.

user said if you end up getting good at you're fucked because you'll become a fat fuck.

staying alive is hard. we invented society to help individuals get through it. we have hot showers, instant food delivery etc. but we have to give something in return to have the permisson - which is money - to stay in the society.

on the other hand, there are always lucky people that earn shitload of easy money without wasting their time and life. but even they have to have some sort of skill like being super social or having to will to pursue what they love no matter what.
