can i have one for free?

I'm looking to get one of those to start learning producing, so I want something I can connect to my computer (i think it's called a midi), could you rec me a good model?

I second this

well getting a casiotone isn't going to help you learn how to produce, they're just fun little keyboards. none of the casiotones had midi i think the first casios to have that were some later CT models and the CZ, FZ, HT, etc. series.

this is a pretty sweet model, i have one but its not in the picture, it has MIDI IN/OUT/THRU, a basic sequencer and a basic drum machine. you can connect it to your computer and send/receive MIDI thru your DAW and use it kind of like outboard hardware

nice man i have a mt 100 casio and love it to bits

Why do you have that many casios?

kys

why would you write that? please explain what in my comment is enough to make you want me to kill myself

its hard for me to stop, i like the look of the old white ones in particular, but i think I'm almost done. i still need an MT-40 and a MT-400V, but they're harder to come by. i'd say 1/4 of those i bought broken/for parts and got them working again, 90% of the time its battery leakage buildup on the contacts or a bad capacitor.
