Probably, I live far above the arctic circle and far from any potential nuclear targets.
I already hunt, grow and gather my own food to a certain extent. My house is old with several fire places so I can keep warm.

I live in the Canary Islands, we wouldn't die from a nuke in Europe but we certainly would in the medium run since we are not self-sufficient.
