Asians are fucking pathetic at martial arts and only think theyre good because they were fighting each other for centuries

Now that MMA and Boxing has put an end to the myth they're quietly going back to their cucksheds as the most cucked populuations in the world

Donnie Yen and Scott Adkins are the only two martial artists making decent movies today. And to a lesser extent, Iko Uwais.

Best Donnie Yen movie is Iron Monkey.

>asians are terrible at martial arts
>mentions mma
>a fighting sport built on jiu jitsu
lmao

british people invented soccer but theyre shit at it too

>theres no way hes gonna fight ten guys
>oh fuck he just fought those ten guys

good movie

Cricket too

The Brits are the most cucked population
>Ban on porn
>Muhammads everywhere
>Sharia law

I prefer Yimou kino

Dude apparently is starring on another action flick. Not sure if its going to get a wide or only limited release though.

>not the mayans
Ok men

wrong as fuck

1 > the rest dont come close

>tfw you understand that IP MAN is a first name and a surname and not a IP-MAN like SpiderMAN or Iron MAN.
I'm so dumb

Absolutely beautiful cinematography. The over-the-top fight style is not my preference though. But i still would recommend this film.

Fav:

Fearless Hyena (old school Jackie Chan)

Chocolate (Thai. I really enjoyed the idea of a character who uses moves from other martial arts movies. The original Thai cut is a lot better and different than the international cut)

Way of the Dragon (aka a lot of other titles. It's the one in Rome with Chuck Norris) (Best Bruce Lee imho)

Bloodsport (Frank Dux may be a lying sack of shit irl, but the movie is great)

Ong Bak (I can't believe Panna Rittikrai is die. He was a great choregrapher)

The Karate Kid 2 (fuck you, I like it)

Tiger Love (1977) (really weird movie, but what a blast! Tigers, women pissing on tigers to tame them, kung fu, witches)

>MMA
Are you fucking retarded? Karate and Judo are some of the major disciplines in the UFC, look at Ronda Rousey earlier this year.

The only thing we don't see is Kung Fu , but I think that's more to do with accessibility than its ineffectiveness.

I thought it was a movie copying the Matrix. "IP Adress" Man. Like the kung fu scenes in the Matrix movies, but that for the whole film.

I'm dumb as shit.

Some fighters have a background in Kung Fu (Sanda, mostly. It's like kickboxing with some other techniques allowed)

All excellent pics user.

Pick pretty much anything Jackie Chan and you won't be disappointed, though some movies are more stunts and less martial art, early Jackie tends to be more fighting.
Then there is Police Story which is equal part both.
Drunken Master is probably my favorite.

That's true, but given the hundreds of different types of kung fu, there's really not that much representation.

Kung Fu is hated by a lot of MMA people. The biggest problem with it is the quality control of the schools and how practical the training is. Same with Karate, really, but the MMA people give Karate a pass because of the Kuyokushinkai schools and their full contact policy.

shame scott hasnt been put in constantly good movies seems like hes in B grade ones a lot

this.

It looks like some retards cant use relation signs properly. Like this fucker

did you like Police Story and Clan of the White Lotus? Your personal favourites are also the ones I like the most

It's okay, as long as you don't treat it as a biopic which it is not.

>Panna Rittikrai
fug I forgot about this
Excellent list, user

Except for Tiger Love. It's not good (the fighting is good, but the camera work ruins it), but it's a guilty pleasure of mine.

I really liked ong bak. While most traditional martial arts movies tend to showcase the grace and art inherit in the style of fighting, the fight scenes in ong bak had a certain rawness and brutality to them. It's like "I must win this fight for honor" versus "I'm going to fucking obliterate this guy's face".

I would recommend this one.

sta was the rouge won had ta chines best achion hero

Great movie. 2 was fun too

>rules-based cage-fighting with weight divisions
>martial arts

pick one.

I liked this movie. The scene against the kareteka is GOAT.

My faves
36th Chamber of Shaolin
Shinobi No Mono
All of the Lone Wolf and Cub movies (aka Shogun Assassin)
Bloodsport
Ame Ameru (after the rain)

No thanks. I've had enough of capeshit. What's his power? Some proxy shit?

Where the hell is Tony Jaa.

I want him to face off the guy from The Raid.

>Ame Agaru.
Learn Japanese.

It's not capeshit. Just martial arts with over-the-top antics.
