me and the 'rents are going to buy a 2 bedroom flat in birmingham city centre for about 90k (buying it outright) - none of us live in bimringham.
in terms of rent (at the current rate) it'll take like 17 years to make back the money in rent, but im hedging on the idea that the HS2 will increase its value.
bit worried about the entire economy going to shit in the run up to and after brexit and seeing the value of my flat tank.
which one do you reckon is more likely? seeing it massively appreciate with hs2 or seeing it tank because of the JUST-ification of the UK's economy.
hope someone sends tim another letter soon ampsterdam with the lads!

in terms of relative size and population, the British accomplished so much more than the Russians in WW2

I'm a 24 year old virgin and am terrible ashamed of it to the point that even if (big if) I lose my virginity tomorrow, I'll still live my life ashamed that it took me so long. I'm losing my hair which only serves to make me even less attractive than I already was. My only goal in life is to be attractive to women, which apparently is, in itself, an unattractive trait. I have no ambitions or motivation. I'm still in love with the same girl I was in love with years ago even though she'll never view me in that way again. It feels like offing myself is really the best option for me...
