Why is it that the UK has lost its power to the point that it's now not as influential as Germany?
UK IS OVER
bump
Because we're too stubborn towards change. We got left behind with a piss poor amount of money.
But they used to be the mightest power that ruled the world. At least they have such glory days so I think you still can be proud of your country.
Suppose history is something. Now we're just a mini America / offshore millitry base with European ties.
Germany is mostly influential due to its cultural ties with Scandinavia, The Benelux, Austria, Czech republic and Switzerland. So even by doing nothing they Germanic countries form a cultural block.
An Island nation that does not even acknowledge its cultural ties with the Netherlands cant compete.
Better question is this Polish proxy-faggot the worst poster on this board?
After WW2 they tried softcore socialism and it killed their industry.
they were killing their industries themselves. they had a lot of their own manufactures which could rival foreign global companies but stopped making their shit because probably they have had a systematic thinking about efficiency. in short, they dont/didnt wanna work hard, especially physically. theyve focused on establishing and engaging in their efficient service industry. now they are only good at financing and insurance.
Also Germany has poor parts so there much more willing to do industrial work.
