Why are spaniards so fixated on Argentina. Rosario has a higher crime rate than Medellin, for example and I can name at least 5 countries safer than argentina in South America. The meme of Argentina being a country to show ended in the 50s. I would've believe you if you put Costa Rica or Ecuador as an example.

Also, western =/= safe. At least for me it has to do more with cuture. We speak spanish, share the same religion are located geographically in the west, I could argue we're just as western or more western than you
