Unions are good
this, but then kill them when they least expect it
Make a confederacy to fight them
Unions are communist in the US?
This is a right wing website, kindly fuck off.
Unfortunately most of my coworkers are sympathetic
They are communist everywhere
...
no its not, die in cancer along with your family
átok
Being right-wing doesn't mean you have to lick corporate arsehole, stupid fucking yank
The people are more important that some billionaire wankstain
I'm not like these cumrags I work with. I save and invest. Its called having an entrepreneurial spirit.
What do unions have to do with communism? I mean I know right wingers love sucking jewish cock, but are you really that obsessed with pleasing Mr. Shekelstein?
Bernie was pro-union and he was a s*calist
So you don't like unions?
*boots you into 1920s England so you can die in a factory at the age 32 in inescapable poverty*
Uhh use your bootstraps sweetie x
At least the Corporate arsehose actually pays you while the Union areshole just takes your money.
The corporate arsehole pays you because he's scared of Unions
So what? If Bernie was pro-drinking water would you suddenly stops drinking it as well? Socialism isn't even the same thing as communism, I don't know what your point is. You're probably gonna take this comment as me defending them, so save yourself the shitpost. What's wrong with unions, without memes?
We even have a union for entrepreneurs. And Christsfags have their own. And they all negotiating with each other.
>I want my boss to exploit me, I am a good little wagecuck
okay
Labour laws made Unions irrelevant and pointless. No one I know who's in a union likes being in a union
>What's wrong with unions, without memes?
LEARN ECONOMICS
Also this
>unions experience sectarianism, which allow opportunists to join, become to powerful and start acting againts the worker's interest
I told you about trotskyism dog
>This is a right-wing website
No it's not. Sup Forums doesn't have an official political affiliation. Go back to Sup Forums
Well everyone I know in a union loves being in it, so there's that. Depending on what job you're doing a union can be really effective and pretty necessary. It's good middle man between employers and employees in the area around here that don't always have long-term labour positions and don't have the time to go through the process of hiring dozens of tradespeople for say building a school or hospital.
Unions aren't communist
fuck off commie
Not that guy but the union at my workplace does very little to actually support the individual employee.
It's touted as being representative but it takes days to even get a steward to your workplace, cases can be subject to backdoor deal memery and other fuckery and they don't try particularly hard to investigate particular cases. If they want you to vote a particular way you will be informed as such, we have minimal say on actual bills when the terms of our contract with my workplace expires, oftentimes other more populated places that shouldn't have any bearing on us/do not interact with us/etc will overrule whatever our wishes are just because they outnumber us. There's obviously your usual amount of politicking going on to become part of the council or a chair or whatever, and if you're found to be ineffective or booted out they often have managerial positions within our shops ready for them so it's not like they're getting fired at all.
There's very little in the way of communication between employee and union save for emails and incredibly unfortunately timed meetings that are not compatible with my work schedule, the proceedings of the meetings aren't recorded or anything that anybody in the 21st century would think to do, they're petty about food snacks and shit at said meetings.
Man, I don't know. They take a relatively small sum of money ($10 from the first paycheck a month) but I've been around enough to see some of this fuckery and I've talked with the old timers who have even more reasons to complain about this kind of shit.
It's just like, fuck it why fuck with the safety net? I'm in a right to work state, why feed these fuckers my hard earned money for representation I don't get?
Marxism has been obsolete since the 1920s, dude.
>in amerikkka unions are communist
>paying a portion of your hard earn money to something that rarely does anything for you in 2k17
Unions were good once upon a time but now we get laws for this shit. They are useless
The point of a union is to safeguard the jobs of useless people and ensure they can't be fired.
Well, in amerikka roads are communist. What did you expect?
Unions have been shit for nearly 100 years.
Yes, goy. You don't need unions. Now sleep tight, while we lobby some new labor laws. And remember to vote. We gave you two options.
Unions in America are different to Unions in the rest of the world
Yes goy, give us your money to represent you even though you don't really need it at all. that will be 10% of your paycheck goy. Remember unions are good! you need us because you can't stick up for yourself goy!
>the last time Unions were cool was almost 100 years ago
What went wrong?
...
Yeeesssssh! Just like that! Don't mind me, just demolishing some regulations. That is what YOU (singular) wanted, isn't it? It's the thing that prevent you from becoming a millionaire, after all.
>I know! I'll just post a picture instead of having an conversation!
why are euros so autistic?
laws were passed, unions got what they wanted, etc etc. Nowadays they're just corrupt and like have the power of shitting on companies making them inefficient.
Yeees don't mind me! I am the same union I was 100 years ago goy. FOR THE PROF- I mean FOR THE PEOPLE!
what the fuck is this kind of thought process, it's mafia tier
>yes, you have to pay us, the unions, or you boss won't pay you. remember it's all for your sake
Good goy, keep on working hard and maybe we'll reward you with a living wage in a few years!
i fucking hate commies
only your fellow american retards on Sup Forums are right wingers (hurr durr Trump praise kek amirite guise?) you're fucking cringe, kys
>laws were passed, unions got what they wanted, etc etc. Nowadays they're just corrupt and like have the power of shitting on companies making them inefficient.
I liken it to SJWs. Once upon a time they campaigned against legitimate injustices like Jim Crow. However, since all of those battles were won a long time ago, they've run out of actual things to fight for and have had to resort to made-up bullshit like transgender rights.
>10% of your paycheck
What? My union fee is like 12,5€/month, like 40 minutes of working or so, time I probably dont even actually work since I work in a factory and machines do the shit.
Reject Communism
Reject Capitalism
Reject Materialism
The concept of unions is good, but it's bad for economics in general. Greedy worker want to get more for himself and greedy employer want more for himself.
This is a reason why China or India become a worlds biggest assembly plant.
There is literally nothing wrong with being a communist
>be filled with unions
>the most powerful ones can organize strikes that make the entire country go full stop for a day or two
>teachers union on a couple of provinces were on strike for 2 months, just getting up from the negotiation table if the government offered something they didn't want
>heads of the unions are usually there, winning """elections"" for 30 years in a row
>some of them take 10% of their affiliates salaries'
>they complain and threaten with strikes whenever the government starts to consider more flexible work contracts
>always "muh poor oppressed workers" philosophy
>are all neo-luddites as fuck
>don't ask what can you do for your employer or how can you improve yourself to get better chances, just demand higher wages everyonce in a while
>also stupidly politically aligned, to the point the teachers' union accepted literally lower than minimum wage salaries back in 2015 when the government was from their same ideology, and complained non stop that "it's just not enoug" in 2016 with a new government but higher wages
Once the central pieces of your socioeconomy end up fully on the hands of unions, they can hold you hostage as long as they want
>commies outside my work today that's everyday for me
Of course my friend! Nothing wrong with being a communist!
