See, you all think its a funny meme. But corruption means that the slums of India do not have a proper sewage and thus poper toilets. Affluent areas of India get richer while the poor and untouchables get ignored.
All thosr pictures if Colonial India also only showed the rich areas. Those areas are still rich. The British never cared about the slums, and no one else has.
