What was your first 5 star album?

What was your first 5 star album?

my black metal demo I made when I was 13

The Downward Spiral

In Rainbows

Dots and Loops

In the Court of the Crimson King

Dude I came to this post

I mean fuck, I came to post this

Spiderland

I always used to regard OK Computer as their magnum opus, but for the last couple years, I've come to realize that In Rainbows very well might be one of the best albums of the last decade. It just gets better with age and the replay value has somehow increased

No album gets 5 stars from me, at least not on RYM. I'm mostly a singles guy there, anyway.

I disagree. I used to love it to bits from start to finish but now I skip half the songs. That just proves how poor it's replay value is.

How?

Discovery

Daydream Nation

Velocity design comfort

Yeezus

To Pimp A Butterfly - Kendrick Lamar

Im the OP. Yeah it was really colorful and mindblowing for 13 year old me. It's still good. But just 'good', like all radiohead's music.

It just fit in really well with the culture back then

Deathconsciousness.

Was literally the first album I ever checked out from Sup Forums, very not disappoint.

First five star album i listened to?
Demon Days.

Eyedea & Abilities - By The Throat

if I was still into hip-hop it'd still be a 5 star album. that dude was special.

Untrue

This was my answer for first 5 star rating on RYM

If we're talking first album I heard that I would've rated 5 stars had I used RYM, than the answer would be RAM by Daft Punk

And if we are talking the first album I heard period that I NOW consider a 5 star album, it would be Discovery.

Lunatic

Tilt
I still think it's the only five star album I've ever listened to because it makes everything else look like trash

my first and only 5 star record

Sgt peppers
